F1 is much better than M.III, and it's the easiest to use so I'd suggest to go for it. GR3 has the lowest HP out of all attackers and depends a lot on the special ability, it takes a lot of skill to use at it's full potential.
Actually the aim assist works even better on mobile. On pc it's just easier to control aircraft with multiple buttons at the same time instead of using touch controls :)
