Only true TDS players feel bad for the Frost Mortar and Vendor Farm that was in the trailer, but unfortunately never made it to the game.
Lemonade farm is actually in the game, but it’s outdated and broken. And it’s dev only, obviously.
The thing is I'm still have 2 more frost crate so why don't they just add frost mortar and any other tower like frost dj or something cool

I miss the old toy skins, they actually gave out those green military toy dudes vibe, except that they were holding nerf guns

I thought for sure you were gonna mention that the Party skins have a unique sound when placing them or that the Pumpkin Glad has a unique sound when activating it's ability. Also, the Pirate Mortar now shares his annoying laugh with the Defender Mortar from the newest battlepass.

The minigunner in the toy crate used to be unique because it got a special mask at max level, but it was removed in minigunner rework
Fun fact: max phantom ranger wields a (presumably) energy actuated "Barret M82A2", a bullpupped version of the M82A1 designed to shoot at helicopters.
as someone who started near the frost event and enjoyed the eclipse event, i'm not at all unhappy that the exclusive crusader minigunner was part of a crate. epic skin, deserves to be shared with the world

The risk of rain 2 railgunner skin for ranger is hands down one of my favorites, love playing as her in the game and love ranger, win win

Cool thing about frost crate is that you can get extra crates because of a fixed in the battle pass where they reseted everybodies so if you got the crates before the reset you get extra ones
I miss old gold cowboy and redemption skin, the new cowboy skins and animation are way better but my god they had to used two borring basic revolvers as a replacement for Winchester.
I like the phantom commander because of one of the custom voice lines saying "GIVE EM HELL BOIS" :3
I 100% agree with your ranking placement and the rocketeer is the best skin in the toy crate (eventually the team will probably fix the toy crate). The bunny crate is pretty good and classy, but when they rework paintballer, the skin will look even better and therefore the crate will have higher placement.
They should add more skins and fix the others (rocketeer is super buggy last time I checked but it’s a mid tower so I never use it) plus add the darts back

my favorite skin in my opinion is the DRKSHDW crook boss. it recently got it's own goon skins after using the regular goons for like forever and looks super cool, with the first level being strongly similar to kanye west. really, the skin looks like bro is the leader of a cult and the goons show it as well. love it.

I'm really sad i didn't play tds a lot when the 2020 halloween event was out, the ghost DJ is y favourite skin in the entire game behind the nuclear accelerator. Ghost DJ also uses an AXE as a guitar as well which is awesome! Would be cool to see more ghost skins return to TDS for halloween 2024 with some fresh new remodels.
My fav is the pumpkin mini bcs I got it when it got first released, sadly it isnt rare anymore..
Honestly, back in the day i loved toy skincrate.
It made troops shoot nerf bullets that looked so cool
scarecrow pyro during 2019 looked AMAZING with the unique flamethrower model and when his outfit still looked cool
0:43 the toy minigunner actually has different upgrades like in level 2 it has a different night vision goggles.
10:36 another nice thing, after every shot he speaks something in his radio, that make sense that he is a killer
they are called the "Worlds deadliest mercenaries" for a reason
Halloween 2020 crate is my favourite crate even they are just a person that wearing a pumpkin on their head but I still love it

All towers before reworks have not only hats but diffrent clothing
fun fact: the jolly crate is just using the Christmas battle pass skin and put two Christmas 2019 skin into it
Only true true ogs remember when the 2020 pumpkin skin series was suppose to have the militant pumpkin skin and pyro or medic (i forgot) skins from the 2019 halloween crate but due to a bug below never fixed it
Toy skin crate is kinda underestimated. Although the toy soldier is just a reskin, it has a better sound than default, which can be quite annoying sometimes. Minigunner used to give me halo/doom vibes before its skins got remade. Can’t say much about rocketeer on the other hand it’s kinda goofy..
If you like Vigilante BTW, I spoke with Nova (An Animator for TDS) about the Vigilante when they first came out.
Apparently the spider legs of mortar were intended to move, however never came to be due to time constraints

my fav crates is the 2020 halloween crate it contains skin crates I LOVEEEE the ghost dj and the graveyard farm are both skins i sadly couldnt obtain but still waiting for the crates return my second is phantom crate

Tds should make skin crates for every tower like a scout crate with only scout skins or a soldier crate with only soldier skins

sad thing is the toy soldier skins when they shot bullets they shot nerf bullets but they removed it. They also removed the daily shop where the Arcade farm could be purchased for 3k coins. then they removed it bringed it back but you can't get the Arcade far
Even thought it was just crates, it gave me so much nostalgia.

im hoping they added more frost skins, since I have 2 left over just sitting in my inventory

still my favorite skin is probably demon gladiator and pre-hardcore redemption cowboy (spent so much robux getting that and then they made it look so much worse)
Back then when the party crate came there was use to be 6 skins but some if them was looking cool but it was scraped and only just minigunner, scout and soldier is on the party crate

Ranking 13 update 2021 never add frost crates 2 skin new....
ALL the jolly crate's skins are re used, the elf/holiday skins come from the violent night/xmas 2022 event's season battlepass, hope that clears out some confusion.
It makes sence why the most recent crate is the best the tds devs do improve on there designs everytime
i have alot of skins like all pirate all vigilante and stuff but the one i always wanted was either the ghost skin crate or the phantom toxic gunner
i really like on phantom ranger skin the nigth goggles/visison its really cool and phantom Engineer ofc!
The day when that anime girl ranger skin was undeniably the base skin is now over.
It was not updated unlike the other ranger skins and was overshadowed by basically every single new ranger skin.
3:21 fun fact during frost invasion you could get 6 frost crates ( 2 unusable due to lack of skins in the crate ) cause I got the extra 2

my favorite skin is the mage accel lol followed by sledger mini and engineer skins from phantom crate
The silent skin was actually inspired by the Finland white death and context for the white death he killed 500 soviet soldiers in the Cold War and he was the only soldier left.
My fav is personally Phantom Commander, so I was disappointed when he said it was the worst of the bunch. (TBH yeah, but I prefer it over everything else because it was one of the first ever skins I got and ever since I've got it, I've kept it on forever as my Commander skin, and considering I use it almost every round like others, i was bound to wall in love with it.)
They should add a "upload when?" Crate, containing all the content creator skins.

i wish i had all the skins from the 2019 and 2020 skin crates, im actually sad i missed out on all the ghost skins and the amazing gladiator skins. i would cry of joy if i ever get the ghost dj or have the chance to agian.

I want to mention something
in bunny crate and velentines 2020 crate the are some skin missing
in velentines 2020 crate velentines medic is missing from the crate (thats becouse somewhere in i think 2020 or 2021 the crate system broke for shootgunner and medic skins), also sniper was moved to lovely crate and for a breef period of time (beetween violent night and velentines 2023 all of the season of love skins wich are currently in lovely crate we obtainable in this crate for some reason, but I guess it was a bug, and no one could really unbox them becouse they already have this skins for season of love season pass or they didn't have crates, so they don't count),
in the bunny crate guess what is missing, you guessed, A MEDIC SKIN, btw this issue also applies to halloween 2019 crate with witch medic
also halloween 2023 skincrate doesn't have all the pumpkin skins, pumpkin ace pilot, rockeeter and gladiator are missing
halloween 2019 crate is also missing hallow punk shootgunner, premium crate is missing classic shootgunner and steampunk rockeeter though they aren't important
overall I think you should count the missing medic skins becouse they are missing becouse of a bug and they weren't moved to any other crate
also I forgot that halloween 2019 crate is not only missing shootgunner and medic but its also missing pumpking militant for some reason
Also huntsman archer is actually my favourite skin from deluxe crate.

Let me fix the halloween 2019 and valentines 2020 crate mistake
Demon glad,demon crookboss and halloween ace pilot came from spooky and pumpkin crates not halloween 2019 however these skins were also added into halloween 2019 crate in frost invasion update,so these skins didnt return on halloween 2020 update they were added lol.
and valentines crate skin had valentines medic and sniper too so 6 skins in total
Evident the developers don't play their own game
