What about adding the 3in1 bumper cars (aka roller coaster) in that other blank spot in the amusement park? I like your wife's idea with the Disney Train, it's my favourite set, don't get rid of it. Congratulations on the 5k yippee 😁
Thanks Caron, that 3in1 bumper cars has been on my radar to add in the park, think it would look cool along with some slight mods and adding leds will look great! :)
What’s your tip for building lots of walls, for example around your city you have many elevated walls with light bluish gray fronts, and I want this is ,y city, but it seems really pricy to buy so many bricks for a wall. What’s ur advice, if any?
To be honest Jack unfortunately it does require wasting alot of bricks especially if your not going to see them like in my case. Best advice i can give is use brick colours that are not as expensive that will be hidden then use your DBG or LBG to build your walls which will be visible.
would be cool to see a small batcave or something where batman hangs out if you are into batman. nice to see the other cartoon and comic book theme areas in your lego city layout. even a fast and furious theme area.
hey man go check out rebrickable.com i got the instructions from there. i did change the colour on the R34 and modified all of them slightly as well as adding the leds and decals myself :)
First things first, the city looks fantastic! Huge improvement from your last city, and I can see big improvements in your Lego artistry as well. You’re becoming a better builder, bravo. My only suggestion is there are a lot of walls in the city and it looks very boxy. Your wall designs are very nice but there’s just a lot of them. Might I make a suggestion that try building some rock work just to give a little bit more of a realistic look to the city. Also there’s no water. So perhaps building maybe a mountain scape and a lake in one corner would really look nice and balance out the urban look of the city. Keep it up, can’t wait to see what you do next!
Regarding the train in the amusement park, what if you move the Disney train station right next to the stairs at the entrance and flip it 90 degrees, so in the same orientation as the AusLego Land entrance. Than move most of the track under the table and only have a small part go around the station. Basically you’ll have to create two tunnel entrances. Maybe one right next to the stairs and the other against the wall with some rockwork (a little bit). That way you still have the station (near the entrance), a working train and lots of space for other rides.
I thought of that and its pretty good idea, i might see if i can do that because i have the tracks for the city train going under that area so it might clash but if i can make it work then i love the idea :)
I like your wife's idea for the train. I have a tiny space for my Lego & I have to share with the Kid. I took a shelf for my Hogwarts train ( the older one). I have the engine look like it's coming. And the coal car& passenger car looks like it's leaving, with Kings Cross station between. This gives me room for scenes. It's about 2 1/2 base plates. ( One day I'll put it on some, waiting to move into a bigger place 1st).
thanks for the ideas Michael, I got a massive batcave on the other end of the city lol. But if i was to make a smaller cave then it would def look good in that spot!
Thank you man! much appreciated! another video coming end of the week! Re: the road plates to be honest i have not fully decided if i will switch over i do like the clean finish of the ones im currently using but never say never i guess haha!
@@Matts_BrickCollection haha never say never. One other thing, which you may have covered previously, for your light kits how do you power them all, like a USB power board or each kit it’s own power adapter? I saw Mr Bookieboo has like a power board for USBs….
I don't think tunnel would suit in the downtown area. I've never seen it in real life :) and apartment painting would take the beauty of the modular buildings. It looks good the way it is. But if you wanna choose between two i'd say tunnel.
@@Matts_BrickCollection thanks, I am a fan of lego since years and have aleady many sets that are not available now. Do not wonder if i told you that I am an old man of 65 and love to see Lego youtubers to enjoy my old hobby. Good luck and all the support for you 👍

Where did you get the plans for the fire station or is this a MOC?
Looks amazing bro!
Thanks my dude appreciate it 🙏🏼
Wow... really a nice city 👍🎉
Thank you 🙌
Make a loop under the city for your subway and place a double track along the right wall towards where the track is now.
I think it would look awesome if u painted the wall behind it to make it look like the sky or whatever and where the road ends u could paint a tunnel

Great job and room for growth! Love the lighting packages! Do you have lighting preference?
Thanks very much appreciated! i get all my lights from lightmybricks.com i find they are great quality and easy to hide between the Lego bricks 😀
I do like the new layout and like you I love the train but they do take up a lot of room. But what’s an Amusement Park without a train. Keep brickin.
Totally agree with you Mark! Thats why im torn on keeping it or removing it. Its so hard to decide lol 😆
I suggest to use the lower area for under water city, it will be looking good and logical

Keep the train 🚉
