We are all native of other countries ,along time tribes scatered across the land, arent we all brothers and sister.. we are all relate...we are all humans just some are talking the micky
Being a native american hoop dancer it brings up good spirits and energy to see spectators in awe at the formations we make with these hoops, this dance is sacred in itself, the hoop is the circle of life that surrounds you daily, it helps you remind yourself that whatever you do..affects that hoop around you. Ive watched these guys for inspiration but also love to add my own moves to the mix.
You prolly dont care but does any of you know a tool to log back into an instagram account? I somehow lost the password. I appreciate any assistance you can offer me!
@Davian Jabari Thanks for your reply. I got to the site through google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff now. I see it takes quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
I'll never understand why anyone ever actually clicks the dislike button for wonderful pieces of work. I don't get it- even if its not your thing, what's there to hate on? =_=
I saw their Dad dance at the International Hoop Dance Competition years ago. I never forgot his precise hoop work, and now is kids are amazing dancers too. Great to see him dance again.-- That is too cool.
Good music, appreciation of skill and smooth cinematography is what makes this video entertaining. I think the dislikes are because people probably don't care about any of these things and just find it boring.
I was fortunate enough to go to many powwows as a kid, and my favorite performers were always the hoop dancers. They still are. So beautiful and impossibly intricate! It's an ever evolving art form and it's simply fantastic. Great vid!!!
The lighting, the music, the dancers, the shots, this video is excellence at it's finest! Being able to produce videos even half as good as this one is seems like an unreachable goal.. Team Super Tramp is killing it again :D
My favorite picture of my great grandmother is one where she’s wearing her shawl. I would honestly love to have one like that one day, they are so beautiful!
this is some of the best video photography and editing ive ever seen. HUGE PROPS to TEAM Supertramp. this shit is 10+ years old and its still some of the most orig work out there. no extras, just pure shots and editing and soundtrack. If and when i teach videography to my students, im gonna use this work to inspire them to think outside the box like you guys did. nice work
Another amazing video and love the music. I recently quit my job to travel round the world alone and it is amazing what you learn about this planet. If you get the opportunity to travel, do it
I know this family. Very proud of them. They are wonderful examples of hoop dancers. I am teaching my kids hoop dance and they watch this video non-stop. Well done. Good job guys.
Xcellent performance from these young dancers on the Music created by A Tribe Called Red and Awesome videographer(s) ... As long as the Younger Generations keep the Essence of the Old Ones, its Culture will continue to Evolve within... DNA and respecting Quantum Laws with Love and Light!
This is insane! Their talent is pretty awesome in itself, but I really love how you're able to capture it so well - it's so cool how they rolled the hoop out and it'd stop and come back to them, and how you circled around this flawlessly. And - gasp - the music! The combination of the native song and the modern synth sound is sicktastic! I love it!
Very glad that you chose to do this video and it was shot wonderfully (as per usual), but I also feel that it didn't show off the true beauty of hoop dancing.
I was really excited to see this video mainly because more people need to know about American Indian dancing and their culture as well. Great video as always, can't wait to see what is next!
To everyone who doesn't know what this is, it's Native American Hoop Dancing. It's a very technical and hard dance to pick up. I've been practicing hard for a year and it's still a challenge every day. Michael and Terry are great hoop dancers. Terry was the senior division champion at the heard museum world hoop competition and Michael placed fourth...so they are definitely some of the world's best. It's a beautiful and rich culture to appreciate. Not everyone has to like it, but it would be nice to have everyone respect it. Much love and aloha ***** ...hoop is a beautiful dance
Great video as always Devin! You are my biggest inspiration and have inspired me to be more committed in the craft of film making and not only to follow but fight for my passion. Can't thank you enough my friend!
It still follows his original tradition of "discovering and showing unique talents in the world". Check out his greatest find, Lindsey Stirling. Blending video game viral themes to expose a modern twist of an antiquated instrument to younger market in UA-cam. Whaddaya know, hers is an art-form treasure hidden for centuries and she's slated to transform the future of orchestrals, imo! What you're looking at is "The Mother of the Orchestral Dance"! That's a Mozart class phenomenon in the making! ;)
Having seen the hoop dance performed live, I can say that was killer. A great to introduce a piece of native culture that most people have no clue that it exists. Keep killing it.
Devin, and team Supertramp, I teach high school tv/video classes and I and my students love your videos, vision, and style. We watch you videos in class from time to time when it fits what we are studying. Keep up the good work, and if you are ever in Indiana/Midwest I would love to be in one of your videos or have you speak to my class!
of course they are the best native hoop dancers, thats an extremely obscure thing to be even remotely good at. thats like saying im the greatest freedom fighting president of south africa
Man, I would've really enjoyed this if the camera was a little more static and you didn't cut or jump the footage forward so much. The subjects are moving around so much and so intricately that the camera movement makes it really hard to appreciate the skill of the dancer.
Certainly not the world's best, I saw a more skilled and exciting hoop dancer performing at a public library. There was only one of him as well, and he still managed to be better than these guys.
Well firstly, the title says "World's best NATIVE hoop dancers" meaning it probably excluded your library dancer out of the competition seeing as he was most likely not a native. The video never claims to have the Worlds best hoop dancers, it claims to have the worlds best NATIVE hoop dancers. And also even if the dancer in the video won the national championship, it does not make him the worlds best as it was a National competition, not international...
Could just be the way the video was put together. One of the things I remember being most amazed at was the flow of the dance, how one move transitioned to the next. In this video, you just showed one move at a time, jump cutting to the next. Took everything out of the excitement.
That song though... holy shit! If only all native music sounded that good, lol. Loved the video too, they make the hoops look easy, keep up the awesome work Devin.
Actually, I liked their original video better than this one - all the camera movement was distracting from the dance. It's not about you and your camera work, Devin; it's about the dancers.
***** If this is the only hoop dancing you have seen, it may seem that way...Video is much too short to showcase all the skill, patience and endurance that it takes to do this dance.
Beautiful talent, dance, music, setting, traditional wear, cinematography and culture! Would love to see more and on a broad scale spectrum (TV/movies, live, social media, North American and world events...).
The 1st time I saw something like this was when I was in elementary school. I don't remember much details, but we were in the cafetoríum and a little native American girl did a 3 hoop dance on stage while her father chanted and played a drum. If you're out there I just want to say that that was one of the coolest things I've ever seen, and I still remember it even after 2 decades!
This is a cool video. I have a deep appreciation & respect for Native American culture. I enjoyed the Native American Hoop Dance in this video. Thanks for sharing.
Our culture is so beautiful! I love how we evolved with our music and even dance. I'm so proud to be mohawk and know the sacrifices our elders made.
Wow our native culture is spreading and it makes me happy. This is an amazing video Devin thanks for sharing our culture with the world.
We are all native of other countries ,along time tribes scatered across the land, arent we all brothers and sister.. we are all relate...we are all humans just some are talking the micky

A Tribe Called Red track, killing it as usual.
I keep hearing their tunes.....
That was great
loved that track
amazingly talented dancers and videographers. nice work.
You prolly dont care but does any of you know a tool to log back into an instagram account?

@Davian Jabari Thanks for your reply. I got to the site through google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff now.

@Davian Jabari it worked and I now got access to my account again. Im so happy:D
Thank you so much, you saved my account!
@Franklin Ronan happy to help :D

Location of the video is beautiful! And they are so talented! Incredible job!
I agree!
Same !! :D
It's Hawaii I know this because one of them is my math teacher
fun fact: where it was filmed was also where pirates of the Caribbean was filmed. My math teacher is the man in the red
Amazing trees.
I saw their Dad dance at the International Hoop Dance Competition years ago. I never forgot his precise hoop work, and now is kids are amazing dancers too. Great to see him dance again.-- That is too cool.
and here I am... not even able to spin one around me normally
WolfieRaps Wolfe
Ayo wolfie
Aye wolfie!
WolfieRaps I love you honestly.
Same honestly and I'm native to
Good music, appreciation of skill and smooth cinematography is what makes this video entertaining. I think the dislikes are because people probably don't care about any of these things and just find it boring.
It's because this video is NOT in 4K. Misleading title. Disliked.
***** It is filmed in 6k so the quality is still awesome. Also I think it's probably just youtube screwing up.
Such a cool video! Amazing performance from the group
I love hoop dancers. My daughter is part Cherokee. I'm taking her to pow wows so she can learn about her tribe
Prayer to the ancestors to find our way so heart felt.🤗
I was fortunate enough to go to many powwows as a kid, and my favorite performers were always the hoop dancers. They still are. So beautiful and impossibly intricate! It's an ever evolving art form and it's simply fantastic.
Great vid!!!
I love watching hoop dancers it is one of the best styles, next would be fancy dance, then grass dance.
i googled swag, and it showed me this...
Lolz
I googled so 2013 and your named popped up
3forwade I searched original on Bing and your name didn't show up...
***** Exactlyyyyyyyyyyyy
I googled “elephants" and it came up with pictures of elephants.
The lighting, the music, the dancers, the shots, this video is excellence at it's finest! Being able to produce videos even half as good as this one is seems like an unreachable goal.. Team Super Tramp is killing it again :D
AMAZING.
I love Native Americans.
The real Americans!
OMG thank you so much
Agreed!
totallyy natives deserve the world
This is my culture so it's really cool to see you making a video of it!! I love it!!!
Thanks for the support my friend :)

FrancisNoah no it's not it's native culture white people took our land from us natives
Preston: He's native....duh.
FrancisNoah nah its all about chippewa and Sioux not whatever tribe this is jk all native tribes are great
Im so glad you guys used A Tribe Called Red for the audio!!!!
+FREETutorials electric Pow Wow
Hey, you should make videos with other traditional Native American dances, like women's fancy shawl! I would like to see what you could do with that.
Muffy Ram or a basic crow dance
My favorite picture of my great grandmother is one where she’s wearing her shawl. I would honestly love to have one like that one day, they are so beautiful!
Yes or Woman traditional.
That's my math teacher right there 😂
He's so cool
Saber 5000 hes my homeroom

Double intro all the way
We deleted youtubes intro because they are deleting them all soon, but they are still a little behind with updating it.
***** wait what does that mean? Can you tell youtube to play your intro before all videos dynamically?
thebriculator Yeah, you can tell youtube to play your intro, when your uploading the video. Its pretty good!
thebriculator
in the prommo phase german rapper do use this feature ^^
Peta Lustig Not only german rapper, Max Schneider also does this ^^
Literally supertramp videos are the highlight of my week
Another amazing video and love the music. I recently quit my job to travel round the world alone and it is amazing what you learn about this planet. If you get the opportunity to travel, do it
I personally hate the music.
Mathew Thompson it isn't the genre I'd usually listen to, but it's different!
heeey daren:) been watching ur videos as u might know;)
Hey 6stijn6 of course, you are one of my top commenters! Good to see you here.
Hey Darren!
I know this family. Very proud of them. They are wonderful examples of hoop dancers. I am teaching my kids hoop dance and they watch this video non-stop. Well done. Good job guys.

i can't get over how well the song matches the video. good job, as always!
Love This .....Amazingly Creative and My Favorite Is That Their Dance Is Danced In Nature...Not An Artificial Stage....
This is insane! Their talent is pretty awesome in itself, but I really love how you're able to capture it so well - it's so cool how they rolled the hoop out and it'd stop and come back to them, and how you circled around this flawlessly. that part takes almost no skill, my entire class when I was in 2nd grade could do it.
Andy Plater I'm so proud of you and your class.
Andy Plater wow you are just a hater. If you're so good at hoops why aren't you the national champion then? Nah? Ah. I didn't think so.
Nice to see you back on Oahu
Back to my roots :) Hawaii is a big part of me!
Very glad that you chose to do this video and it was shot wonderfully (as per usual), but I also feel that it didn't show off the true beauty of hoop dancing.
Damn it feels good to be a native.
There’s so much more to this than hoops and tricks. It’s amazing. Thank you.
This was pretty epic
Just WOW, for every aspect of this production. BEST ever dance, costumes, skill--dance and photographic--even landscape. Amazing job!
Haters gonna hate, but Devin's still great. This video = on point.
I was really excited to see this video mainly because more people need to know about American Indian dancing and their culture as well. Great video as always, can't wait to see what is next!

Nice Tricks!
Great video as always Devin! You are my biggest inspiration and have inspired me to be more committed in the craft of film making and not only to follow but fight for my passion. Can't thank you enough my friend!
Haters be like "anyone can do that!!!"
Fans be like " OMG how can they even do that it's Soo cool!!!"
Finally some native exposure. Such a beautiful video!
If I tried to jump rope with that hoop I would have fell straight on my face
I have never wanted to see something live more than this type of dance. it’s just so flipping cool.
This is my homeroom teacher his son is in it too

hahahaha Mr. Goedel?
I searched 'Best video on UA-cam ever' & this came up ❤️💯🔥
Devin, honestly this video did not taste like the others.
Good, we didn't want it to taste like the others :) Always looking at showing new things :)
***** Didn't seem authentic, and I didn't like the many changes of shooting. Ex. near sunrise to near noon. Then back and forth.
You should not be tasting videos in the first place they are not edible
7topseven7
I was tasting this video...
it was alright...
tasted like dirty monitor.

2019 anyone? XD
these guys are good at everything and it upsets me because I'm here like "I can breathe well"
This video is very....different XD. If anyone needs unique music for their videos that are not found anywhere else we upload new songs daily :).
I'm gonna use your music in my next edit.
Do you charge for the unique songs?
I am bad at playing the piano :(
Charge? No haha, it's free music :)
shut up kid and stop to advertice ;)
PolarityTracks NICE!! do you have any slow romantic piano song? I can't find any on your channel :(
I really like how your channel shows stuff from all over the world. Makes you wish you could see some of these things in person.
When r u going to do the next assassins creed vid
time will tell :)
When the next game Comes out
waffles4ev3r and we all know that won't be long
That they put so much passion into what they do makes them equal to the 'best' in my eyes. Three cheers to you all and thanks for this post.
Did anyone else notice the Seattle Seahawks logo
it's the art of the Natives on the west coast like British Columbia northern Washington and Alaska

I see what you did there
I love the way you shot the hoop as it went out and returned to its owner!! Nice video.
Man, I would've really enjoyed this if the camera was a little more static and you didn't cut or jump the footage forward so much. The subjects are moving around so much and so intricately that the camera movement makes it really hard to appreciate the skill of the dancer.
N8tive hoop is awesome!!
Certainly not the world's best, I saw a more skilled and exciting hoop dancer performing at a public library. There was only one of him as well, and he still managed to be better than these guys.
Yes, the guy in the video won this years national championship, and last year as well, and actually the year before that :)
Joseph Birch You just got owned supertramp style

Wow I’m native and looking at this video reminds me of our culture
I don't think it's that much talent
Because they make it look easy
***** If this is the only hoop dancing you have seen, it may seem that way...Video is much too short to showcase all the skill, patience and endurance that it takes to do this dance.
Dude you're a nobody.
EJCTV It takes a lot of practice to do those moves. Let's see you do it
Great choice of song for this!
Loved everything about this, something I have never seen before. And the choice of music is awesome!
I think its safe to say: It's everyones goal to be in a Devinsupertramp video!
Beautiful talent, dance, music, setting, traditional wear, cinematography and culture! Would love to see more and on a broad scale spectrum (TV/movies, live, social media, North American and world events...).
Beautiful and rich in culture ! I loved the colors & patterns.
First time viewer....absolutely magnificent!! Congrats

Another awesome video! Well done guys, and you couldn't have chose a better song either!! :)
When I was younger my family was into Native American Indian Dancing and this music is giving me a lot of flashbacks
They are dancing with hoops. Why does this look so amazing?!
So Awesome. Much respect to the Dancers and Devin Super Tramp. My tiny hoop dancers and I have watched this several times :) Big ups to everyone. :)
So beautiful, such amazing talent. I haven't seen any hoop dancing around here.
Gorgeous setting, dynamic music, beautiful dancers. Thank you
Amazing and brilliant, sharing this one like crazy! Thanks Devin.
Cheers
The 1st time I saw something like this was when I was in elementary school. I don't remember much details, but we were in the cafetoríum and a little native American girl did a 3 hoop dance on stage while her father chanted and played a drum. I think they were invited to perform because she was around my age (6-7 yrs that time) and she didn't go to my school. Her name was Yellow Feather. If you're out there I just want to say that that was one of the coolest things I've ever seen, and I still remember it even after 2 decades!
I think a youtuber like him really diserves more subscribers ..u can really see the time and effort on his videos !
Music was pumping! and loved how to video fit it perfectly! Thanks Devin
This is a cool video. I have a deep appreciation & respect for Native American culture. I enjoyed the Native American Hoop Dance in this video. Thanks for sharing.
Had a different vibe, but I liked it, especially the signature supertramp low glidecam shots!
Wow. Just wow. This video is so beautifully made. Good job Devin
What a lovely place to strut your stuff! Keep jammin' homies around the world!
Finally! I've waited for this day, love this, but seen it before out on the powwow trail. Some goot stuff.
Outstanding! 😃👍
I've watched this so many times! It never gets old. It's fantastic
I personally love this vid! Reminds me of your older content, like Soccer Girl. Incredible work, as always :)
today I watched this
at school!I tried to
find it on my tablet
and here it is!
The definition of swag stands right here in this video.
OMG THESE GUYS CAME TO MY SCHOOL TODAY
