share about your investment thoughts Thanks for your channel and interesting family things..--whether you should also have some real estate investment in India or just keep it in US because in coming years its so hard to maintain these properties at both ends. So make one video on property investment planning and how two of you are compatible in property investments. I am in US from last 15 + years and there is always some disagreements with my wife about investment in India. I don't want much in India but my wife want to keep...and as we are growing older..these investment are more pain rather than keeping up with...we know don't know about our children that they will ever go to India because they are born here. We can't tell about future but I don't think my children will move in near term anytime soon or even in two decades.

I went to SIMS for my PI though I wasnt able to convert. I am final year MBA student, did my internship in one of the Solar Power company as a Marketing Analytics Intern. I am specialising in Finance & Analytics. Overall to be true I feel MBA is more of a placement agency to get you placed. Knowledge wise MBA seems to be jack of all things, master of none. For marketing I never believe any book can teach you marketing. Had this been case professors teaching marketing would have been billionaires. What MBA can do is promote brand which already have goodwill and sometimes they fail to do that also. Also in finance 90% of content is too theoretical. I am interested in equity and hardly any subject is useful except 1 or 2. Most of techniques taught in equity analysis fail when it comes to reality. Had finance professor been expert in finance, they would have earned billion through equity & F&O and wont be doing jobs in colleges. This is what I feel. Only positive I found of MBA is I get job and I can use by salary to fund my future startup.

He is from NMIMS Mumbai but still most of the work he does is Relative Valuation which hardly takes a month to master. 90% of theoretical stuff taught has no value. This is the reality. I belong to business family too so can even tell about marketing. Let me tell you my finance professor who is a CA, CFA himself told that the concepts you study hardly matters in finance, you should focus on annual report more than anything else. My professor is a full time investor and comes to college only on weekend. MBA is just you study lot of theory be it hypothesis testing & regression which has never played role in my cousin's life and this topic was taught in 5 subjects of his MBA. This is what I feel if you want to achieve great heights in finance better start trading and learn from online, great material is there and while trading I learnt more than my finance curiculum. I challenge MBA fresher to dare to start his own mobile company and make it a big brand like Apple or Samsung. If books can teach marketing they can surely do such task. Marketing & entrepreneurship is about experience, this is what my brother and my friends from IIM feel. Some people do have ego to brag their IIM tag but reality they all know that MBA is for placement not for knowledge.

@@jaishree5914 First of all I dont have any idea what founder of Zerodha said even though I use Zerodha platform for trading. There is no formula that help you in trading. B School only teaches you method to find intrinsic value of shares and if this value is less than current market price(CMP), stock is overvalued. But this formula fails when it comes to trading. Its okay to know but relying totally onto it is problem, As per me news+ annual report + knowing the business is a better deal. MBA is good if you want to spend all life listening to your bosses. Also corporate life sucks as I have many networks with people from different background working in different industry. On quora and linkedin they will brag about how much they love their work, in front of family or friends , they will tell how corporate life sucks. MBA is rat race. 90% of even the MBA of top colleges hardly understand the opportunities India has to offer. They have no idea about their own nation. When I asked a MBA guy with workex about GDP, he told me whats written in text books not what it actually means. Mostly are rote learners and are away from ground reality of the nation they were born in nor they have love for their nation, just they know how to brag IIM tags, their coat or their english speaking skills. I dont want to name college due to some reasons. Also I should tell I am a computer science graduate too and even that degree was complete waste even more than MBA. All my skills I learnt was hardly in books.
I think that Agri business is good for you because you’re already done bsc agri so you have proper knowledge in agriculture so again think and do what you love
