I wish they wouldn’t get rid of attractions and just instead expand the lands to have more. I like it’s tough to be a bug.

Yeah, I saw this when I was like...10? Maybe 11? Never got the see the show since, but I'm going to Disneyland for the first time (idk if it has that show or not) and if it has the show, I wanna try seeing it before it shuts down. Sadly, it seems most everything is happening way prior to our possible date (late September, for my birthday), so I may not see it - if DL has it at all. But on the plus side, MAYBE Tiana's will be open? I've been fixated on the movie for a while (mostly Dr. Facilier, so I'm gonna aim to see him for sure!) so to know that the attraction is nearing its possible opening date is pretty neat.
Anywho, that aside, yes...I wish they wouldn't take out the show. A Bug's Life is a great movie to this day so it's sad to see the sliver of it left at the park being removed. I don't think there's anything else to represent it (excluding things like merch)?

The drone shows in Disneyland Paris are SPECTACULAR! I'd love it if they brought the drones to Disney World.
I'm just so sad the Bugs life show and Dinosaur will eventually be gone. I truely love those!

I feel like I’m playing Frogger trying to plan my first ever trip next year. I want to ride everything but so many things are down or are going to be down.
I'm hoping they announce a budget hotel to match what Universal has been providing their guests! It would indicate that they are at least thinking a little bit about their less affluent guests, which would help their image problem, and they can make it far enough out that the travel time would be a deterrent to anyone who can afford their usual deluxe-prices-for-budget-accommodations!
The company that said "we will raise prices as long as people are willing to pay them" is going to care about their patrons and "the poors?" 😂😂 not on your life! Ain't no way. The poors can just watch UA-cam, and dream they can afford Disney. (This is sarcasm, Disney execs are corporate monsters)

Star Tours Combos - while the opening (Troopers or Vader or Kylo) are random and the person communicating coordinates to get our spy to where they need to go (Ahsoka or Andor or...) were different, I was VERY disappointed that the first planet was ALWAYS Kashyyyk and the second "planet" was ALWAYS a dogfight amongst Purrgil (hyperspace whales from Ahsoka and Rebels). We even rode in different theatres to see if the planets would be different on May 3rd but that wasn't the case at all. I miss the extra variety in the places you visit beyond the characters you interact with throughout the ride.
AJ, if there's going to be big music and other shows in the new Communicore (EPCOT), does that mean no more concerts up in World Showcase (by the American Pavillion)?
Since we haven't seen the new stage areas in person it's hard to tell how big capacity will be and if they can accommodate the crowds for the bands that usually perform on the America Gardens Stage. I'm guessing they'll keep both and certain festivals may see more entertainment on the America Gardens Stage (thinking Candlelight Processional in particular), but we won't know anything for sure until Disney tells us!

@Nuggtendo my god are you actually children or what? They announced it as a bluesky concept only a few years ago and disney typically doesn't work on multiple major attractions at the same time. Considering tianas has been planned for way longer it makes sense they'd finish that first. Things take time, it'll probably be like 2027-2028 at the earliest but I know that may as well be forever to you kids that need instant gratification on something

I hope Tiana gets her princess dress back for the meet and greets. The new outfit is great for the ride but we’ve already got the Skippers and the Wilderness Explorers. We really don’t need yet another person in a safari outfit to take pictures with.

The water park offer is NOT a perk. Most people arrive at night or its storming. If it lasted the whole time i was staying in disney and i redeem my ticket for the date of my choice THEN its something worth bragging about

1:57 that water park offer is horrible. Im not getting off my long flight and going to a water park immediately. Usually land night time too
Tbh, that offer is kinda lame. Like, I honestly kinda doubt most could even afford to stay at a Disney hotel as it is (as much as I'd love to, I can't see myself being able to afford it first of all, pay so much, but second of all, lose sleep because of all the kids running around), and would rather do a Hampton inn or something that's still nearby, but cheaper.
Plus yeah, what if the park is too crowded, or closed? After a long plane ride, I feel like the most one would be able to do would be unpack and maybe get something to eat.
They could at least extend it to be as long as you're staying at a Disney hotel or something...I don't know why it would have to be the DAY OF arrival...What if the weather's not in your favor? Rain? Cold? Water parks aren't as fun when it's storming, y'know! :P
And I mean, yeah, you should probably try to plan with weather in mind, but it's honestly the deal that's more wrong, because we can't control the weather, etc, and Mother Nature is tricky like that; Maybe it says it'll be sunny that day, but all of the sudden, thunderstorms. We get that here in Texas all the time.

It would be nice if Disney cruise line would add some black panther wakanda forever themed rooms or some Spider-Man themed rooms you know mix it up a little bit kind of like royal Caribbean does with there cruise ships

I am so upset about the perk for 2025. Coming from the west coast we will never be able to use that perk. We would have to fly in a day early and stay off property the day before check in. So in reality it would cost me more to use that perk then to just lose it. We should be able to use it on check in day or the next. I wish someone would address this. Even when we take the earliest flight out of Ca ( 6am) the earliest we can arrive in Orlando is 3:30/4pm. So upset that there is not an option for a perk.

The villains-themed area idea has been thrown around for Magic Kingdom - BUT the Encanto/Indiana Jones areas are coming to Animal Kingdom!

Horizons and World of Motion were the 2 best rides ever created by Disney. The OG Journey Into Imagination with Dreamfinder and Malstrom are a very close second.
I have a question. Why making a live action Little Mermaid and not given it some type of spotlight. Instead of changing The Little Mermaid to exactly the same thing, have both! It seems to me they are ashamed of tge live action film, or they are catering to the few that didn't like it! And also where is a Pocahontas themed anything! We are not just one thing and Diney should reflect that. I am happy about them acknowledging Black Panther, however it's nothing that stands alone. It took years for Princess and Frog, I just want to see equal representation. Encanto went up quickly! Sorry AJ, I know you have no control, however if you can put a bug in their ear! We want to see ourselves more often and not just after thoughts. It's like the only place is in Animal Kingdom which seems a little sad, at least to me.

Tbh, when I think "Disney", Avatar is the least thing that comes to my mind...They really should stick to more of their popular movies - old and new. Like, the Encanto and Coco lands sound great, and especially the Villains theme (then hey, Avatar villains! BUT also villains from other Disney media!). Zootopia is replacing the last speck of A Bug's Life I remember, and tbh, it deserves its own LAND not just a show here and there.
I never watched Avatar so I can't say anything about it and mean it as an experienced opinion. I know people really enjoyed the movie and it was a huge Box Office hit, but that's all I know. I don't think I was really interested - and again, MY thoughts when it gets to Disney would be...Animations. Lion King, Princess and the Frog, Toy Story...Not the more live action type stuff like Avatar. Even Star Wars isn't my initial thought, nor is Marvel - even though they are now under Disney's wing.
So yeah, I'll just bring it down to this: Focus on Disney films that are actually Disney, I guess? Or things that people think of when they hear "Disney". Zootopia, Moana, Coco...Something like that.

Hopelessly hoping that Bob I. will soon be gone. Also hoping to see Walt’s dream reimagined for families. I really want the parks at disney world to thrive. Things are so expensive now it’s difficult to visit. Meanwhile, I’ll keep watching and enjoying the updates AJ brings us. Thanks so much.
