    Nice video, we would tell our athletes keep the elbow at 90 degrees and thumbs should move "hip to lip", thanks!

    He is exactly right. Some people are talking about extending their arms. You don't do that. Never change your arm size.
    Once you start over exaggerating the arms you start over striding.

      do you think if I pump my arms my legs will have less pump? (cause I have too much pump and after 4 minutes HIIT I become incapable to moove correctly)

    3:09. I'm left handed, and my power leg is the left leg. do I start with left leg in font and right arm forward anyway

    THIS IS WRONG! "cheek to cheek" is bs. People DO NOT do what they're doing in this video. Go watch clips of olympic sprinters, go watch clips of the fastest 40yd sprinters in slow motion and watch their arms, specifically their elbows. Rotate this guys arm movements about 90 degrees counter-clockwise and you have proper arm movement.

    Hand needs to pass below hip being nearly fully extended.
    I would understand if you have thought that movement on the chair or kneeling through out the video and without incorporating sitting position on the floor with the appropriate mechanical execution during sprinting!!!
