Review what you want....have some sponsors....it helps you and it gives us an idea of what works and wh at doesn't. You are an honest person...you know whats right and wrong....a few crafters have had those watchers on their channel and yes products are great when they are free. You work your arse off so why not a few freebies

I enjoy listening to you and if you have something to give away great not that I ever win anything anyhow, If I ever met you in person I would totally give you a hug. So if you ever make it to Minnesota look me up, You have got me through some long nights, put a little smile on my face when I needed it for that thank you. You do what you want. It is your channel and if you need sponsors to continue making such beautiful works of art then go for it. The viewer always has the option of forwarding the video or moving on to another.

First off I come here for the stories as well as the cards, I am a copic color person but will watch your non copic videos just for the stories where I won’t on other channels I watch. Second, I say go for the reviews and sponsorships. They are things that benefit you and your family via the product or the payment, that to me is the trade off. you are suppling us with this great content we love, a mention of a product or an honest review in that content is just fine by me especially if it is making it easier on you and perhaps even means more content. In Australia we have a large spider called Huntsman. These spiders grow to around 4 to 5 inches across with all their legs sticking out. Their body is around the size of a 50c piece. Also because they have long legs they can walk over surface sprayed areas without being affected by the poison. They are harmless if the size doesn't give you a heart attack, they give me the Willies. Love the card.

I think if it helps support yourself & your family, why not? A girls got bills. I have seen another awesome card maker review and show those watches, they are stunning, amazing skill. I really like the pink flower with the yellow background. It looks like it’s in sunshine. :) As for the reviews, if you want to then you should but if not, don’t. You’re the one who has to do the hard work so do what makes you happy. I hope your fundraiser goes great. It sounds so fun!
Love your videos. I rely on reviews of products to help me choose what I spend my money on. Also, nothing wrong with you getting paid for your time through sponsorships. As long as you are honest, it's a win for everyone! Also, spray the spider and have the vacuum ready to scoop it right up.
I don’t have an issue with reviews or sponsorships. In essence, whenever a UA-camr uses an item in a video, it’s a review. If you like it, we’ll see you use it again... if not, then chances are great that we won’t. On top of that, regardless if a UA-camr likes a product or not, if said product peaks the viewer’s interest, they may purchase it anyway. Not everyone is going to like everything. As for sponsorships, I say go for it. UA-cam isn’t very lucrative unless you have millions of views per video so if a company is willing to sponsor you and it’s a product you like, then you go ahead and make that pay cheque. It’s no different than affiliate links... and as well, there are plenty of companies out there that viewers may not have heard of, but their products may be perfect for the viewer’s lifestyle. If you have people getting angry because you want to make money out of the hours of work that goes into making these videos, then they can bugger off and come up with their own ideas. 😄
Hey Kelly, First off, love the warm and glowing background - great for the floral colors, and autumnal feel! I encourage you to do reviews of all types, as well as sponsored videos. This is one of your jobs, and in my opinion you should embrace different opportunities and 1) see how you feel about it, and 2) read what your subscribers and biggest fans think. Some reviews and sponsored videos will be more relevant to some of us than others, just like some of your videos. No harm can come from trying out new opportunities :). You are a trusted artist and UA-camr, and I don’t feel like that will change with different types of videos. Thanks for asking!
I like the colors, I think the yellow/orange background works. Go for sponsorships/reviews if you want to. I enjoy learning about new products that are available. I do not enjoy channels that are saturated with product plugs that last 5+ minutes. I wish I could attend the class you'll be teaching at. Maybe one day! Thank you for everything!

Lovely colouring as always. Just a side note. Be careful of those other companies who want you to review on other products ( that are not crafty/card making ). They wish to make money that is their goal. You have a lot of viewers and followers and they see that. Nothing is free in life there is usually a catch. Pay the taxes, pay the shipping and handling etc. Just be careful don’t want you to be used. I think it’s great that the crafty companies send you markers, stamps etc. To try out and give honest opinions of their products that helps the company because we end up buying that product because of the videos we watch. First off, great card and stories - always enjoy watching and hearing! :) About the reviews - my thoughts are that I wouldn't mind an honest review of a craft product or something that crafters can use such as a desk lamp. However, I (personally) would not find the watch review interesting or fitting with the channel genre. Just my two cents worth. I will still follow you no matter if you do or don't - just my thoughts. :)
I love this inverted color combo. I would never think of doing it that way, but it’s very cool. As far as the reviews are concerned, do what works best for you. I would support you in any venture that brings you benefit. You work incredibly hard and I encourage you to take advantage of any situation that helps you and Peanut.

I am so trying this technique tonight. I am working with Suzy’s watercolor cards this week. This is beautiful. I will say my Karin markers work beautifully on the paper they spread so much easier than other papers I have tried.

Here is my 2 cents about the reviews...if you are just going to mention, hey notice how much better my lighting is because of this new lamp. Tell us what you like and don’t like then great. We all like to hear about things that could help us in our crafting. If it will be a full on review video it would be nice to have that in the description. Then if we just want some card making videos we could just skip the video that has the review.
Love your honesty Kelly! It’s so refreshing to me.... I think honest reviews would be great personally. I’m always in a quandary about new things and can never find ‘real’ reviews. You could also make it a separate thing from your normal videos and title them as such. Please throw up a link too to donate to the programs at the PD. Hairspray makes spiders slow way down so you can smash them with something. Just spray to coat the spider with hairspray it will actually get stuck in place and you can stomp on it. No slow death necessary. :) Love the orange and yellow background with the purple flower. Beautiful!

As for the reviews I think it would be great to see honest reviews on items that we can use in the craft world. Who really uses watches any more? Everyone uses their phone now to get the time. An absolutely beautiful card! I cant describe the awe i have for your talent. You have to do whats right for you, so if you want to try new things and review them,, go for it. I really enjoy your creativity, and your story telling.
Your channel - your choice! I personally love watching review videos on items I’m interested in, either as a tutorial or help to make a decision to purchase. If I’m not interested on the product, I’ll just move on and watch the next video - we all have a choice to watch or not. So I would say go ahead and do the reviews. Honest reviews are always needed for everything. Sponsorship is always good for helping you gain additional income to purchase items to progress your channel / art. A sponsorship notice and links don’t bother me at all. I look at UA-cam as free TV and know the artists have to find ways of making an income from it. So an intro sponsorship is just an advert break to me. Everyone has a choice, if they don’t like the content, then they don’t have to watch it.

Now I find this strange in him as he sleeps out in bothies, he climbs mountains so he has all manner of creepy crawlies with him....but a spider freaks him out. I like that you have the discussion with us...not necessary but appreciated! The lighting one would be totally interesting.... so would the watch... but then again I’m interested in EVERYTHING! Also as an Australian, I love to see what else is out there in the market. I live in the country and we don’t have a huge market...all the same things. Ultimately it’s up to you. Pick and chose what you like and go with that. If you want to stay with craft, do that. Do what makes you happy and everything else will follow.

Love the card. If you want to review products, I appreciate an honest review, which I know you would do. It helps to make decisions when thinking about making a purchase. I can totally relate with your comment about sweating when messing with a spider... I absolutely hate and fear them. I do not sleep well if I think there are spiders around. I just can’t imagine having that many in my house!! I get them in our unground pool and I have to sweep it before I get in the water. Totally ruins the ‘just jump in’ experience!

I’d be happy to see honest craft items reviews every now and again - e.g craft supplies or the lamp you mentioned, as these sometimes help us find items we might not necessarily know that exist. I’m not too keen on non-crafty items being promoted, but then again - it wouldn’t discourage me from watching your crafty videos :-)

Desk lamp question: I already have several OttLites with choice of colors. ❤️❤️❤️❤️. The blue light portion is great for choosing colors! The other colors are great if your eyes get tired. I will always! use them!!! FYI.

I like the change from yellow/orange flower with purple/blue background to this one for a change but this is beautiful too! I'm new-ish to watercolors, but have been so determined to keep on goin' with them and practicing etc, and woah! I never thought to use alcohol markers here and there over the watercolors, and now I'm SO excited to play around with that! Because 1. Your flower was already GORGEOUS before the copics added, but wow wow, watching that flower and the dimension come to life even more with your copics is absolutely mesmerizing!! And 2. Alcohol markers were what I started off with over the last few years when I decided to get back into my art, which was a huge passion of mine in my younger years. Also, I'm newer to your channel and I'm looovinggg you so much!! Lol. These chit chats have me crackin' up about the spiders 🤣 It reminds me of my constant battle with the ants that decide to appear literally out of nowhere suddenly when spring starts every year, and not only do they appear, but appear ONLY IN MY BEDROOM. Like, what?! That orange/yellow shadow really caught my eye before I even watched the video. My immediate reaction was, ooo different! I like! It really pops the flower off the paper. It was amazing how much the flower bloomed as you added the copic colors. I've learned a lot about color placement from your videos. I feel your spider angst. Spider stories are the tales we tell around the neighborhood campfires. Our Northern Illinois spiders seem to be more grusome than I remember growing up. Honest crafting product reviews are always welcome. Especially if we can see how they are used, what features they offer, etc. And I laughed at your grab a glass of wine or coffee comment. I have wine on my left and coffee on my right. Wine was with dinner, coffee desert.

I totally love the purples and the yellows. I think it's so different is why you're on the cuff about it. I think the yellow makes for a golden hue around the flower. Gorgeous❣ About sponsorship's yes! It's beneficial to you! Review's yes! If you don't like it you can have a giveaway on your channel, for someone who wanted to try it too or has been wanting one. The watched yes! I've had 2 of my other channel's do this last year. One of them twice. The company asks your viewers to pick the style they'd like when then enter. It's just our name, address and email if I remember correctly. As easy as that. Regarding your plight with the funding for your youth group. Have you ever tried Bunco? It's always brought in big bucks for us as a fundraiser. Get all your prizes donated by local retailers, restaurants etc. Anyone who's been to Bunco should know how to set up a large group Bunco. Your flowers are always so beautiful. I never miss your videos. As for reviews, I'm really not interested in them if they can't be used for crafting. I feel the same way about sponsors. However, if they were short, like five minutes or less, I wouldn't have an issue with them, even if they were part of one of your card videos.
I personally don’t care one way or the other about the review of products, (but I worry for your sake. Some people are so mean about that.) I think things that are related to crafting make a lot more sense though. I like the orange background. I think an instant death spider spray would be a great invention. I enjoy your stories. I am ok with things associated with card making or videos, as in lamps, cameras and tripods. Think I would be turned off by items such as the watch that are not related to the main focus. I am sometimes weary of buying something that has been recommended, only to find it quickly displaced by the next best thing that is being pushed to boost affiliate links. I like to think that items from past purchases can still be used even if the link is no longer able to be made. The labourer is worthy of their hire and the crafter demonstrating needs to gain some benefit but I bristle a little at some uTubers who are always promoting the new That being said, I am eternally grateful to the person who shared the unboxing of the Gemini Junior. I guess relatability, balance and a continued use of old as well as intro to new product and technique are important to me

Your colour layering here is stunning. I specially love the purple flower with the pinks and blues. Love watching how your pictures change as you add the different colours. I too am in two minds about the reviews. You are definitely my favourite card making you tuber, and if you need this kind of support to keep your channel going, I am happy to hear what you have to recommend. However, living in Australia, it is often cost prohibitive to order things from the US with shipping and exchange rates, so I probably wouldn’t benefit much, even with discount codes. I tend to wait to see if one of our Australian distributors gets an item I want in stock (often they don’t! ).... crafting items here are way more expensive comparatively. I would probably prefer it if you stuck to craft items in your reviews. Thanks so much for asking for our feedback. It’s lovely that you include us in your thought process. My goodness, that yellow/orange around the outside the purple flower looks terrific, as does the Copic enhancement of the watercolor brush coloring. Very visually striking, and gorgeous coloring as always! I agree with a couple other commenters about product reviews, in that if it is a craft related product, then I would be interested to hear your honest opinion as to the pros and cons. For non-craft products such as a watch, not so much, or do it separately from your craft videos or at the end of a regular video so the viewer would have the option to stop watching at that point if not interested.
Your colouring is totally STUNNING , it's just so gorgeous, I love the colors you used .. it's amazing how you bring it to life. Oh I don't know how you've managed to stay in that spider ridden house, so brave! I ran out of bug spray once and So I grabbed my extra strong hairspray and gave it quite a few long squirts....I must have glued everything together cos it fell off the ceiling and died ...and no I don't feel bad killing s spider cos I'm terrified of the things!
Dear Kelly, The card is Gorgeous and the coloring is just lovely. Sometimes changing up the usual color scheme opens the door to more unexpected color options. As for the ongoing spider onslaught I do feel for you. Just Truly Hate the little buggers myself !! You and peanut sound like your doing well and making your way together splendidly. I love your honest no nonsense attitude and welcome your videos as much as I Love a cookie and a cup of coffee !! Coffee is after all the nectar of the GODS !! As for product reviews or opportunities to win products I feel if the product and subsequent review is not the sole purpose of the video it could be interesting. You work hard and as a single mom I feel if companies want to help with costs involving a sponsorship or an offering of products in return for honest ethical reviews than why shouldn't you do them. I am sure in the case, for example, of the watch if you were to wear it while doing your video, we as the viewer, could see it. Observe some of its performance and beauty as you work. Then at the end of the video you could inform us of your opinion. Offer any promotional discounts from your review, and opportunities to win if the said item is being presented in that fashion. As for a lighting or filming product you have the option of quietly using it multiple times throughout your video or videos to determine your own opinion of its quality and usefulness. Then when you are ready to share your thoughts and opinions you could offer your viewers the opportunity to see the product(s). Other cardmakers have promoted specific products during their videos with general statements that they have been testing an item(s) for a period of time behind the scenes and while crafting will visually show the item they are using and speaking of and just continue on. It isn't nor does it have to be an entire video reserved for the sole purpose of the product. I appreciate your wanting feedback from your loyal followers, BUT at the end of the day it is your decision and only yours to decide if you are wanting to promote a product. I feel anything that provides you and your son any useful or financial benefit is always a positive and never a negative. We have our opinions but truly it is yours that only really matters. Sorry this is so long but you asked for honest thoughtful feedback and I have shared mine. Love what you do and someday hope to give you a hug and have a cup of friendship coffee !!

Honest i RREEAALLYY can really appreciate how you feel because i am TERRIFIED of them as well. As for your reviews, the craft related ones i would most definitely watch because i just know that you will tell it like it is and not spin just to suit the suppliers. Again like a lot of people i think that you work so hard to bring us such beauty into our lives and joy, that i have no hang ups about you doing these things. Hi Kelly, I think the card is gorgeous. I'm not a big fan of yellows other than as accents, so I liked that the background went towards the orange family. It is a refreshing color combination and not one that you see everyday with where your colors were placed. Spiders....I don't mind them, but any bug in the house is fair game. If they don't stay outside, they're toast. Good luck with the exterminator.
I would tend to be more apt to buy something that you review and like, to be completely honest. Especially crafty products. Probably non-crafty products too. In fact, I’ve screen-shot your COPIC blending colors just so I have an idea of what colors go together and trust that they blend well because you already did the work for me. So thank you for that!

Review what you want....have some sponsors....it helps you and it gives us an idea of what works and wh at doesn't. You are an honest person...you know whats right and wrong....a few crafters have had those watchers on their channel and yes products are great when they are free. You work your arse off so why not a few freebies

First off I come here for the stories as well as the cards, I am a copic color person but will watch your non copic videos just for the stories where I won’t on other channels I watch. Second, I say go for the reviews and sponsorships. They are things that benefit you and your family via the product or the payment, that to me is the trade off. you are suppling us with this great content we love, a mention of a product or an honest review in that content is just fine by me especially if it is making it easier on you and perhaps even means more content. In Australia we have a large spider called Huntsman. These spiders grow to around 4 to 5 inches across with all their legs sticking out. Their body is around the size of a 50c piece. Also because they have long legs they can walk over surface sprayed areas without being affected by the poison. They are harmless if the size doesn't give you a heart attack, they give me the Willies. Love the card.

I really like the pink flower with the yellow background. It looks like it’s in sunshine. :) As for the reviews, if you want to then you should but if not, don’t. You’re the one who has to do the hard work so do what makes you happy. I hope your fundraiser goes great. It sounds so fun!
Love your videos. I rely on reviews of products to help me choose what I spend my money on. Also, nothing wrong with you getting paid for your time through sponsorships. As long as you are honest, it's a win for everyone! Also, spray the spider and have the vacuum ready to scoop it right up.
I don’t have an issue with reviews or sponsorships. In essence, whenever a UA-camr uses an item in a video, it’s a review. If you like it, we’ll see you use it again... if not, then chances are great that we won’t. On top of that, regardless if a UA-camr likes a product or not, if said product peaks the viewer’s interest, they may purchase it anyway. Not everyone is going to like everything. As for sponsorships, I say go for it. UA-cam isn’t very lucrative unless you have millions of views per video so if a company is willing to sponsor you and it’s a product you like, then you go ahead and make that pay cheque. It’s no different than affiliate links... and as well, there are plenty of companies out there that viewers may not have heard of, but their products may be perfect for the viewer’s lifestyle. If you have people getting angry because you want to make money out of the hours of work that goes into making these videos, then they can bugger off and come up with their own ideas. 😄
Hey Kelly, First off, love the warm and glowing background - great for the floral colors, and autumnal feel! I encourage you to do reviews of all types, as well as sponsored videos. This is one of your jobs, and in my opinion you should embrace different opportunities and 1) see how you feel about it, and 2) read what your subscribers and biggest fans think. Some reviews and sponsored videos will be more relevant to some of us than others, just like some of your videos. No harm can come from trying out new opportunities :). You are a trusted artist and UA-camr, and I don’t feel like that will change with different types of videos. Thanks for asking!

Lovely colouring as always. Just a side note. Be careful of those other companies who want you to review on other products ( that are not crafty/card making ). They wish to make money that is their goal. You have a lot of viewers and followers and they see that. Nothing is free in life there is usually a catch. Pay the taxes, pay the shipping and handling etc. Just be careful don’t want you to be used. I think it’s great that the crafty companies send you markers, stamps etc. To try out and give honest opinions of their products that helps the company because we end up buying that product because of the videos we watch. First off, great card and stories - always enjoy watching and hearing! :) About the reviews - my thoughts are that I wouldn't mind an honest review of a craft product or something that crafters can use such as a desk lamp. However, I (personally) would not find the watch review interesting or fitting with the channel genre. Just my two cents worth. I will still follow you no matter if you do or don't - just my thoughts. :)
I love this inverted color combo. I would never think of doing it that way, but it’s very cool. As far as the reviews are concerned, do what works best for you. I would support you in any venture that brings you benefit. You work incredibly hard and I encourage you to take advantage of any situation that helps you and Peanut.

Here is my 2 cents about the reviews...if you are just going to mention, hey notice how much better my lighting is because of this new lamp. Tell us what you like and don’t like then great. We all like to hear about things that could help us in our crafting. If it will be a full on review video it would be nice to have that in the description. Then if we just want some card making videos we could just skip the video that has the review.

Love your honesty Kelly! It’s so refreshing to me.... I think honest reviews would be great personally. I’m always in a quandary about new things and can never find ‘real’ reviews. You could also make it a separate thing from your normal videos and title them as such. Please throw up a link too to donate to the programs at the PD. I’m so glad to help, as my old dept has had many cuts to programs also. The PD’s and Animal Rescues are my heart, so I’d be happy to help any way I can. Hairspray makes spiders slow way down so you can smash them with something. Just spray to coat the spider with hairspray it will actually get stuck in place and you can stomp on it. No slow death necessary. :) Love the orange and yellow background with the purple flower. Beautiful!

As for the reviews I think it would be great to see honest reviews on items that we can use in the craft world. Who really uses watches any more? Everyone uses their phone now to get the time. Your channel - your choice!
I personally love watching review videos on items I’m interested in, either as a tutorial or help to make a decision to purchase. If I’m not interested on the product, I’ll just move on and watch the next video - we all have a choice to watch or not. So I would say go ahead and do the reviews. Honest reviews are always needed for everything.
Sponsorship is always good for helping you gain additional income to purchase items to progress your channel / art. A sponsorship notice and links don’t bother me at all.
I look at UA-cam as free TV and know the artists have to find ways of making an income from it. So an intro sponsorship is just an advert break to me.
Everyone has a choice, if they don’t like the content, then they don’t have to watch it.

Now I find this strange in him as he sleeps out in bothies, he climbs mountains so he has all manner of creepy crawlies with him....but a spider freaks him out. I like that you have the discussion with us...not necessary but appreciated! The lighting one would be totally interesting.... so would the watch... but then again I’m interested in EVERYTHING! Also as an Australian, I love to see what else is out there in the market. I live in the country and we don’t have a huge market...all the same things. Ultimately it’s up to you. Pick and chose what you like and go with that. If you want to stay with craft, do that. Do what makes you happy and everything else will follow.

Love the card. If you want to review products, I appreciate an honest review, which I know you would do. It helps to make decisions when thinking about making a purchase. I can totally relate with your comment about sweating when messing with a spider... I absolutely hate and fear them. I do not sleep well if I think there are spiders around. I just can’t imagine having that many in my house!! I get them in our unground pool and I have to sweep it before I get in the water. Totally ruins the ‘just jump in’ experience!

Gorgeous card! I’d be happy to see honest craft items reviews every now and again - e.g craft supplies or the lamp you mentioned, as these sometimes help us find items we might not necessarily know that exist. I’m not too keen on non-crafty items being promoted, but then again - it wouldn’t discourage me from watching your crafty videos :-)
Go for it Kelly! Why not give it a try. You are a blast and it would be interesting to see products and items that We may not normally run across. Desk lamp question: I already have several OttLites with choice of colors. ❤️❤️❤️❤️. The blue light portion is great for choosing colors! The other colors are great if your eyes get tired. I will always! use them!!! FYI.

I'm new-ish to watercolors, but have been so determined to keep on goin' with them and practicing etc, and woah! I never thought to use alcohol markers here and there over the watercolors, and now I'm SO excited to play around with that! Because 1. Your flower was already GORGEOUS before the copics added, but wow wow, watching that flower and the dimension come to life even more with your copics is absolutely mesmerizing!! And 2. Alcohol markers were what I started off with over the last few years when I decided to get back into my art, which was a huge passion of mine in my younger years.
Also, I'm newer to your channel and I'm looovinggg you so much!! Lol. These chit chats have me crackin' up about the spiders 🤣 It reminds me of my constant battle with the ants that decide to appear literally out of nowhere suddenly when spring starts every year, and not only do they appear, but appear ONLY IN MY BEDROOM. That orange/yellow shadow really caught my eye before I even watched the video. My immediate reaction was, ooo different! I like! It really pops the flower off the paper. It was amazing how much the flower bloomed as you added the copic colors. I've learned a lot about color placement from your videos.
I feel your spider angst. Spider stories are the tales we tell around the neighborhood campfires. Our Northern Illinois spiders seem to be more grusome than I remember growing up.
Honest crafting product reviews are always welcome. Especially if we can see how they are used, what features they offer, etc.
And I laughed at your grab a glass of wine or coffee comment. I have wine on my left and coffee on my right. Wine was with dinner, coffee desert.

I totally love the purples and the yellows. I think it's so different is why you're on the cuff about it. I think the yellow makes for a golden hue around the flower. Gorgeous❣

Review's yes! If you don't like it you can have a giveaway on your channel, for someone who wanted to try it too or has been wanting one.
The watched yes! I've had 2 of my other channel's do this last year. One of them twice. The company asks your viewers to pick the style they'd like when then enter. It's just our name, address and email if I remember correctly. As easy as that.
Regarding your plight with the funding for your youth group. Have you ever tried Bunco? It's always brought in big bucks for us as a fundraiser. Get all your prizes donated by local retailers, restaurants etc. Anyone who's been to Bunco should know how to set up a large group Bunco. And it is so much fun.

Yes to honest craft and craft related reviews (even desk lamps and cameras and other things needed for YouTubing). No to sponsored videos for unrelated stuff.
Try sticky traps for mice for your spiders. My brother-in-law works as an exterminator and that is what he suggested for us.

Snap traps are more humane than sticky traps. Pest control professionals know this. But please try catch & release traps first!

Your flowers are always so beautiful. I never miss your videos. As for reviews, I'm really not interested in them if they can't be used for crafting. I feel the same way about sponsors. However, if they were short, like five minutes or less, I wouldn't have an issue with them, even if they were part of one of your card videos.
I personally don’t care one way or the other about the review of products, (but I worry for your sake. Some people are so mean about that.) I am ok with things associated with card making or videos, as in lamps, cameras and tripods. Think I would be turned off by items such as the watch that are not related to the main focus.
I am sometimes weary of buying something that has been recommended, only to find it quickly displaced by the next best thing that is being pushed to boost affiliate links. I like to think that items from past purchases can still be used even if the link is no longer able to be made. The labourer is worthy of their hire and the crafter demonstrating needs to gain some benefit but I bristle a little at some uTubers who are always promoting the new

I too am in two minds about the reviews. You are definitely my favourite card making you tuber, and if you need this kind of support to keep your channel going, I am happy to hear what you have to recommend. However, living in Australia, it is often cost prohibitive to order things from the US with shipping and exchange rates, so I probably wouldn’t benefit much, even with discount codes. I tend to wait to see if one of our Australian distributors gets an item I want in stock (often they don’t! ).... crafting items here are way more expensive comparatively. I would probably prefer it if you stuck to craft items in your reviews.

My goodness, that yellow/orange around the outside the purple flower looks terrific, as does the Copic enhancement of the watercolor brush coloring. Very visually striking, and gorgeous coloring as always! I agree with a couple other commenters about product reviews, in that if it is a craft related product, then I would be interested to hear your honest opinion as to the pros and cons. For non-craft products such as a watch, not so much, or do it separately from your craft videos or at the end of a regular video so the viewer would have the option to stop watching at that point if not interested.

Oh I don't know how you've managed to stay in that spider ridden house, so brave! I ran out of bug spray once and So I grabbed my extra strong hairspray and gave it quite a few long squirts....I must have glued everything together cos it fell off the ceiling and died ...and no I don't feel bad killing s spider cos I'm terrified of the things!
Dear Kelly, The card is Gorgeous and the coloring is just lovely. Sometimes changing up the usual color scheme
opens the door to more unexpected color options. As for the ongoing spider onslaught I do feel for you. Just Truly Hate the little buggers myself !! You and peanut sound like your doing well and making your way together splendidly. I love your honest no nonsense attitude and welcome your videos as much as I Love a cookie and a cup of coffee !! Coffee is after all the nectar of the GODS !! As for product reviews or opportunities to win products I feel if the product and subsequent review is not the sole purpose of the video it could be interesting. You work hard and as a single mom I feel if companies want to help with costs involving a sponsorship or an offering of products in return for honest ethical reviews than why shouldn't you do them. I am sure in the case, for example, of the watch if you were to wear it while doing your video, we as the viewer, could see it. Observe some of its performance and beauty as you work. Then at the end of the video you could inform us of your opinion. Offer any promotional discounts from your review, and opportunities to win if the said item is being presented in that fashion. As for a lighting or filming product you have the option of quietly using it multiple times throughout your video or videos to determine your own opinion of its quality and usefulness. Then when you are ready to share your thoughts and opinions you could offer your viewers the opportunity to see the product(s). Other cardmakers have promoted specific products during their videos with general statements that they have been testing an item(s) for a period of time behind the scenes and while crafting will visually show the item they are using and speaking of and just continue on. It isn't nor does it have to be an entire video reserved for the sole purpose of the product. I appreciate your wanting feedback from your loyal followers, BUT at the end of the day it is your decision and only yours to decide if you are wanting to promote a product. I feel anything that provides you and your son any useful or financial benefit is always a positive and never a negative. We have our opinions but truly it is yours that only really matters. Sorry this is so long but you asked for honest thoughtful feedback and I have shared mine. Love what you do and someday hope to give you a hug and have a cup of friendship coffee !!
Oh Kelly, you are so funny flower in telling your stories and sorry but you really make my day when you start. Honest i RREEAALLYY can really appreciate how you feel because i am TERRIFIED of them as well. As for your reviews, the craft related ones i would most definitely watch because i just know that you will tell it like it is and not spin just to suit the suppliers. Again like a lot of people i think that you work so hard to bring us such beauty into our lives and joy, that i have no hang ups about you doing these things. Please though make them relative to what we are as a community, crafters but that's just my two penneth worth( hey i live in Scotland so we don't have cents across here), lol. And please not those ones that drive me nuts by interrupting every two or three minutes with adverts....they drive me crazy, but that's because i'm nuts to start with, i'll admit it.

Hi Kelly, I think the card is gorgeous. I'm not a big fan of yellows other than as accents, so I liked that the background went towards the orange family. It is a refreshing color combination and not one that you see everyday with where your colors were placed. Spiders....I don't mind them, but any bug in the house is fair game. If they don't stay outside, they're toast. Good luck with the exterminator.
I would tend to be more apt to buy something that you review and like, to be completely honest. Especially crafty products. Probably non-crafty products too. In fact, I’ve screen-shot your COPIC blending colors just so I have an idea of what colors go together and trust that they blend well because you already did the work for me. So thank you for that!
"Instant Death Spray", man I would so buy that for those pesky spiders. My fave though would be the "leg paralysis spray" that would awesome, nothing worse than a spider going for a hike when it should be curling up lol Love the card and the colour combo. Have a fabulous week. Cheers Donna :)
