    very well done, I wonder if it can be made with chicken too since I don't eat beef

      Yes, it can be done. Just look up braised beef pinoy style, and use chicken instead. The simmer time will need to be adjusted since it is a slow cooking process, and the chicken may crumble if cooked too much.
