ASMR Relaxing Neck, Shoulder massage from the practitioner's perspective

- Hello everyone!
Today's massage is a relaxation massage for neck and shoulder stiffness.
I used oil to slowly massage the stiff muscles.
I fixed the camera close to the practitioner's eye level and filmed it.
I hope the images and sounds of the massage make you feel sleepy and relaxed!

Wow, that was an intense and relaxing neck and shoulder massage. My cervical and upper Thoracic would need that special treatment also. We call it Tec Neck. Comes from looking down on your mobile phone or tablet (hahaha)

I too tend to look down when using my smart phone but I'm careful 😅 I try to keep it as high as possible, the same height as my eyes😊.
