These selfish leaders have cheated. They must not have signed the agreement without 5 days banking as increase in gross salary is just 14.5%. These useless leaders wasted valuable time knowingly after having an agreement with IBA in February 2023. They must have gone for indefinite strike when that agreement was not implemented within 6 months of sigining, i.e.. by August 2023. But when these leaders are hand in glove with IBA/GOVT, how they can think of betterment of bankers. These old leaders are thinking of their self-interest and want to continue in their chair with blessings of IBA/Govt as most of them are retired or to be retired shortly. There is multiple cheating by these Leaders. Just 14.5% hike in gross salary against agreed hike of 17%. This is the greatest cheating. Leaders are thinking that members are fool and they do not know how to calculate salary hike. It is proof how Leaders have cheated their members in the daylight. All members must question their leaders at all level i.e. UFBU leaders, their bank level, circle level, and Zonal level leaders and kick them out from union/ association. Else, all members must resign from unions/associations and stop monthly subscriptions immediately.
