TR-08 : How to create your own fills and Intros

Getting around the Roland TR-08 is not always easy. It seems that for many, we are looking to get into creating the Fills and Intro and instead are getting in the patterns. In this video Ill show you how to create your own fill and intro patterns.

In the boutique synth menu you should be able to find the Sync option and change it to internal instead of automatic.

Do regular auto fills not work on custom patterns I made a rhythm pattern when I set the auto fill to manual and press tap it puts in a fill that is completely silent
I guess my question is how do I put a fill on my rhythm without erasing my rhythm

Hello Nu-Trix, Thanks for the videos on TR-08, they have helped me a lot. A future request I have is to show us how to get individual outputs recorded in Pro Tools. If there is not a way to do this yet would you be so kind as to discuss why so that we Pro Tools guys can fuss effectively at Avid about it? Thanks

I swear the Manual for this thing has to be written by one of the engineers itself, with all the important parts omitted... I feel there is motion rec somewhere hidden inside... level variations... as editing fills, it should be obvious to include something in the manual... no... like the saving part... I am having a mental breakdown, I keep losing my patterns but they should autosave... the unofficial tr-08 guide !! Tnx!!

I created a fill in bank 10 but it also appeared in bank 01 and others but not in bank 06!? Confusion.
