MY BEEF STROGANOFF & GARLIC RICE RECIPE || TRY AND WIN YOUR FAMILY’S HEART 💓

- Beef stroganoff recipe;
Ingredients,
-Beef ; 1 kg ( cut in small pieces)
-chopped garlic 1/4 cup.
-Mushrooms; 1 tin ( chopped)
-tomato paste; 250 grams.
-cream ; 150grams.
-chicken cubes; (3 pieces).
-red chilli flakes; 1/2 tsp.
black pepper; 1/2 tsp.
-soya sauce; 2 tbs
-vinegar; 1/2 tbs
-oil; 1/3 cup.
METHOD;
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic , let it fry till golden,
Add beef, fry for some time,
Cover lid and let it cook for 15 minutes in medium low heat.
When it’s dry, just fry for a minute and add chicken cubes, let them mix well.
Add chilli flakes, black pepper, sorta sauce and vinegar.
Add tomato paste and 2 cups of water.
As chopped mushrooms,
Mix well and let it cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
When beef is tender as cream mix well gently and READY.
GARLIC RICE.
Boilled rice; 4 cups.
TARKA;
Heat 2 tbs oil,
Add chopped garlic , 2 tbs soya sauce and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
Pour in the mixture to boiled rice and cover lid.
Serve hot and ENJOY.
