TOM, how exactly does one focus on the desired end? If there's nothing to do... do I focus on the feeling of it all being finished? Is this visualization? I used my imagination to see, hear and smell my desired end? Am I imagining myself financially free and in love and hold that image for as long as I can? At the same time I am feeling safe, I am feeling loved, I am creating those feelings of my desired end. Thanks for clarifying Tom. You are so appreciated.
Hi Jessica! In any way that resonates with you! There are no “exact” ways or “one size fits all” process. Whether it’s imagining a simple scene, affirming it, assuming it, or simply declaring it’s yours from a knowing within-it’s all powerful. There is a lot of content on the Channel that can help guide you. The key with “visualizing” and imagining is to put yourself in the scene and seeing it through that imaginal you. Ultimately, you are the process. When you assume it, feel it, and believe it within-it will be your experience without.
