Thankful to my parents that grew up on traditional gospel and classic quartet music. They brought me and my sister up on this music and I promise it gets me through the good and the bad. It reminds me that time is not like it use to be and it allows me to reflect on my personal childhood and how my parents instilled the knowledge about Christ in us. There is good music today, but there is something about the old school that makes you feel good and hopeful.
The very best of traditional gospel with the tight harmony and showmanship! Blair & Shot & Robert and of course Danny and who can forget Bobo on the drums he is tight- he keeps that rhythm is perfect
Glad i found this.. I knew Robert, Danny & Robert & Tito on bass, & Bobo on the drums.. I met Little Shot in his last year as the cancer was taking him. He still had that voice... I miss those day when we traveled together. This brings back some good memories....
Wow!!! You just don't see concerts like this anymore. I was intrigued from the beginning to the end. So much spirit from the harmonic voices to the super cool moves.
One of my fav groups of all times. I grew up listening to the Violinaires. Yes I am only 36 years old this group was way before my time but when your family plays these groups music in the house you have no chose but to love it.
@jkeyz..Yeess Lawd those was the the good days The Violinaires one of the best groups ever..Robert Blair had that Wlison Pickett type scream in fact Wilson Pickett at one time was a member of the Fantastic Violinaires. The gospel concerts at the Bell Auditorium was like no other..all of the top gospel groups was ALWAYS there.🔥👍💯💯😎

"Dr. Jesus said that He would make everything alright." This is an encouraging song.
The Fantastic Violinaires and The old school Gospel Keynotes were The Goats of quartet!
Love this song. Shot was the right pick for the lead
Great old gospel songs with great messages
I was thinking the same exact thing as you are! The young man can sing and he can hit those high notes.
Always will be my favorite gospel group. I love Charlie Brown singing 2nd lead but Catrick Moore is so under rated on vocals.
