I love operating and seeing the old tractors at work. My dad had a Super M that we pulled a 12ft IH disk with. I also had a 200 Farmall I used to cultivate tobacco with for about 15 years.
I knew a old Farmer who always filled the Tractors fuel tanks full from close to empty and that's how he kept track on his maintenance. Some grease fittings were every tank some evey 5 tanks and 10 tanks of fuel was a oil change. I never once had any Tractors brake down working for him even though he ran older equipment.
Great video bro as usual, just a day in the field getting a job done ,peaceful, funny and relaxing, when u take care of those old outfits they pay u back with many decades of fun and hard work, carry on FF
Great video as usual! Really wish the weather would cooperate here for some spring tillage. Got wheel weights painted and installed, just waiting to go.
Yep, you picked a good time to disc and prepare to burn off the weeds in the field. After a rain when the soil is damp is the best. Might be a pain to get it to start, but it isn't likely to run away from you.
I have a new tractor in the shop that wont run and done a bit of work with my M this past weekend.I'm tempted to just completely overhaul both my m's and get rid of the junk that has computers
Looks like someone got a new flying toy 😉😄 Our dumb county put a burn ban in effect here back on March 15th that lasts until April 15th- unless they extend it. We had snow when they put it in effect.... 🤷♂️🤣
I love the bit where your trying to talk but all we can hear is the tractor doin her thing rattling and working to many people talk over good engine noise or put in music
I always like watching you work with those old tractors . You can't post a video of you burning that off without getting in trouble with the UA-cam Gods ? I hope you have a great evening !
I see that and I see the kid in that movie Man In The Moon getting churned under😬. Hold onto that there steering wheel Old Son. Of course, if it were a John Deere, the steering wheel and the seat would both break off…
@@FarmallFanatic well I grew up helping older farmers and the guy who dairy farm we rented when I was 16 . His saying about the gas M was when working it you couldn't keep up with a 5 gal gas can. Now raking hay or pulling a feed trailer doesn't work a M. A friend had a heavy bog, that needed the M mostly wide open while in the ground.
The cylinder is an ordinary IH 3 1/2" x8" stop cylinder. You need the stop cyl so you can set down pressure or use stops on a regular 3" cylinder will work fine.
Did you say that RIGHT you can NOT burn a field?? We burned are ditches .and now in most state's you can smoke marijuana .Was told it gave of lots of SMOKE 😂 anyway love ALL your videos Mr Red Farmall 🏆
@@FarmallFanatic not that hard to lose a Pennsylvania Dutchman … that’s is why we Prussians moved away from the East Coast when we had the chance . West Pennsylvania still wasn’t far enough away so we just kept moving West . Funny what you find out tracing back your ancestors. LOL Brother …. 😂😂👍🏻
@@FarmallFanatic I live right next to the Mackinaw River bottoms here in central Illinois and we grow monster bucks here however you need to go down further south to Polk or Brown County to find the yearly B and C version of bucks .
It's not politically incorrect, it just might be burn ban season and him videoing himself doing it is self incrimination. My question is after you burn it do ya gotta plow or disc it right away so the ashes don't blow away? That'd be fertilizer blowing away in the breeze.
Ole M is getting it done. Hard to beat a M.
I got 3 M red power and MD m desil red power can't beat M TRACTOR
The world was a better place when the M was the biggest tractor around 👍
Excellent video!
It sure was
I don't think WW2 was better times,but I understand what your saying.
@@Jason1Pa post WW2 definitely was...the things that are being done in society now are unconscionable
When the M was in its hayday, you felt that the adults were in charge. 👍
In some ways, yes. People now are nuts.
Nice work with the drone, love the smell of dirt in the spring 💥💥
Never gets old hearing those old red workhorses...live the dream FF and keep em comin 💪🏻🇺🇸💪🏻
Awesome job filming...love the drone view
Thanks 👊
Great field footage I love watching these antique tractors doing what they were made to do. 🚀
I do too 👍
And those antique drivers running them…. 😂👍🏻

On what tractor?
1943 Farmall H
Those electric grease guns are awesome. I put off buying one for years, finally got one last year and have no clue why I didn’t do it sooner.
I got mine 6 years ago lol
Same. I bought one a couple years ago and have no regrets.
Good to see the Red Power out doin what they were designed to do 💥👍

Great camera work! Definitely takes time and running around!
It's the second time I've ever flown the drone...need a film guy...maybe one day lol
Good content. 👍
My old 11' pulled hard. So that M has to have some RED POWER, BOOM.
It's set up for pure pulling power
Red Power 💪❤️ with the Marvelous M
Love old Red Power!
Light er up! Cool video
Off camera 🤣
Nice the only way to disc wheels up. That M has been eating its spinach.

Still keep looking for you a chisel disk or a chisel plow and hook it up to that Red power!! You'll thank me!!

Yeah if you use a gas M for real work, they use a lot of gas. We used ours for feeding and it was very good on gas
I haven't really noticed this tractor being that bad to be honest

can you do a video on how you can justify having so many tractors?
