Chima Brazilian Steakhouse on Las Olas Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale, a unique, upscale location renowned for its authentic Brazilian Rodizio cuisine, is offering delectable Thanksgiving fare, as well as its acclaimed regular menu, on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 28.
    On Monday, Nov. 25, Chef J.P demonstrated to WTVJ-NBC 6's Kelly Craig on the "6-in-the-Mix" Morning Show the secret behind Chima's signature lamb chops -- high quality meat and a mouthwatering marinade! The signature lamb chops are one of the many dishes available at Chima Brazilian Steakhouse on Thanksgiving as well as year round. Chima Brazilian Steakhouse's churrasco (grilled meats) selections including top sirloin, filet, ribs, lamb, pork, chicken, sausage and fish, which gauchos continuously offer while roaming the dining room. The grand gourmet salad bar blends Brazilian and American favorites including salads such as Waldorf, seafood, and endives with Gorgonzola; imported prosciutto, cheeses, smoked salmon, beef Carpaccio, soup and traditional Brazilian hot dishes.
    Open from 2--8 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, Chima Brazilian Steakhouse will serve classic Thanksgiving favorites including mouthwatering roasted turkey, stuffing, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce and sweet mashed potatoes, in addition to its Brazilian Rodizio cuisine, all for $52.50 per person. The restaurant will also serve pumpkin pie for an additional price.
