Thank you so much for saying that! As outlined by Dr. Mehreen young doctors face a lot of issues in Paksitan which makes their journey from medical school to practice a difficult and often disheartening experience. Despite the passion and dedication many bring to the profession, the path is riddled with struggles that go beyond the grueling hours spent in hospitals and clinics. One of the most pressing issues is the low pay. Fresh graduates, who have studied for years and may have financial difficulties, often find themselves earning meager salaries during their house jobs. The compensation is not reflective of the hard work, sacrifices, and responsibility they bear on a daily basis, leading to feelings of frustration and burnout. The working conditions are another major concern. Public hospitals, where the majority of young doctors in Pakistan begin their careers, are often overcrowded, underfunded, and lacking essential facilities. Doctors are expected to treat a high volume of patients with limited resources, which places an immense strain on them both physically and emotionally. Moreover, the long hours and the nature of emergency duty as described by Dr. Mehreen take a toll on their mental and physical health. It's not uncommon for young doctors to work 12-24 hour shifts with minimal breaks. The lack of proper rest, coupled with the emotional burden of dealing with critical patients, can lead to burnout and even depression. It is hoped that the public is able to look at the plight of young doctors sympathetically and give them the credit they deserve.
Thank you so much! We always hope that all patients in Pakistan receive the best medical treatment possible and that our doctors continue to perform as Dr. Mehreen has :)
Thank you so much! We always want to promote the best of Pakistan on our channel and hope to continue to do the same in a positive and progressive manner. Thanks Again!
