I think the spaghetti junction perfectly represents a high population/high density area like the east coast, excited to see everything get built up around it!
Happy New Year! Also I love the fact I have a fan from the Netherlands! That's awesome! And if the whole world did subscribe I'm pretty sure we'd achieve world peace and end world hunger.
Hey Legio, new to the channel, I do love spaghetti junctions. With ours (I’m from the UK) we have more lanes running through. Example: east to west (main road) we will have more, 3 miles just before the first junction until after the last junction. So it’s easier when they split up. No speed lane in the middle, as it will always be on the outside (fast lane). Or we have a roundabout on top to spread out those exits and entrances, with main freeway (motorway) underneath.
Welcome to the channel! Also loving the fact I have a UK fan now too! And I kind of copied the express lane that is near me in my city. It's a single 2-lane highway running in between the two main highways that's sole purpose is to get you downtown with minimal ramps. But I might use your UK version as well at some point.
Yes, Move It causes many crashes when manipulating networks. Has something to do with the oath finding I think (Reddit Answer). But before I have noticed so long as I don't go to crazy with yanking stuff around my game holds up. But I always save before I open Move It and after.
I’m new to the channel. I started watching your other video first before this one. I want to give you a suggestion for a town to build at least may be a town called Buffalo. It doesn’t have to be buffalo New York. It could be any buffalo city in the US. what would be cool to see maybe Buffalo Missouri in one of the corners of the map? Yes, I know it’s more inland but if you do a corner of the map, it might be cool.
Buffalo would be a great town name. Since it's east coast base I might focus on Buffalo New York. Maybe find an iconic piece of the city and insert it somewhere. Thanks!
@@legio1997 No problem man. I thought that would be cool. I know Buffalo NY is more on the Great Lakes than on the cost. These are the other states that have cities called Buffalo then New York, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Also what would be cool is to see Norfolk, VA because that is were Norfolk Southern Railway was formed in 1982. That would cool for the rail industry and they play a big role in that side of country.
I was a big time cs1 player, mostly experimenting with massive grid cities on flatlands 2.5 lol. I did try to do "interstates" but no matter what i dont have that creative gene and cannot figure out how to make everything start out and work if that makes sense
So I had zero ability to create highways, interchanges, or roads for the longest time. What helped me get better was really looking at Google Earth/Maps. I studied what the road did and why it did what it did. Also, watching Infrastructrist and City Planner Plays really helped. I kind of copied what they did and now I can actually plot out stuff. It also took ALOT of practice.
That's been a big question being asked since launch. There is a consistent thread on the subreddit talking about it. In my opinion, it is worth playing now. There are still flaws but it's massively improved. I think once assets are released the game is going to really start to come into its own. My suggestion is to get the SKYVE mod, which really helps, and be ready to save often to avoid losing saves (personal experience).
I'd like to get 5K views. I'm a small timer for sure. Way more hours than I should. Given the amount of hours I've logged, I should be better too. But I logged about 10,000 on CS1. Some of that was me leaving the game idle cause of long load times and some was me fixing cities from my overuse of MODS. CS2 I'm at about 500 hours, most of which is me experimenting off screen or saves lost. I've for sure gotten better with time. If you go look at my first series on CS1 it's pretty rough.
Not exactly my forte. I typically build US based cities, but I have been playing with the idea of doing a non US city at some point. So those cities might be a good reference!
The download feature should be working now. I checked on a separate UA-cam account I use for fun I was able to download it there. Let me know if it works!
awesome interchanges! it will be very mesmerizing to see all the traffic flowing through it.
Thanks! I appreciate that! I've never had the word mesmerizing used for my work before!

@appsidejay thanks! I really tried emulating what I saw on Google earth. My plan is to grow around it as organically as I can.
It is really great, just do not stop)
@wizardp7467 thank you!. I don't plan on stopping. Just gotta find time to get on the computer.
Dude. The rest of the world should subscribe. 👋and Happy New Year from the Netherlands.

Ps. I heard ‘Move it’ on roads can crash the game more 😕

Norfolk has definitely been browsed with Google Earth. And I'll try to remember to check out all the Buffalos. See what I could cherry pick.
@ All right man glad to see what you come up within the next video and the rest of the series.

Another thing, is cs2 finally worth playing? Bought it during the pre-order phase but it was dogged on for years

Before i saw views at this video, i thought there like 5k or more, btw, How many hours you have at cs1 n cs2?

@@legio1997well at least your spaghetti looks really pretty after all that training? :^)
Thank you! It's a little embarrassing how long it took me to get to this point. But it isn't a race.
Hi can you build a city like erbil or hawler ❤

bro why have u turned of downlaods? i cant donwload ur vid
I didn't realize it wasn't downloadable. I'm going to look into. UA-cam may have locked my liscense for a music copy right issue.

@@legio1997 thanks mate
Try uploading daily you got good content or once every two days
My guy did you even watch the video? He literally said he has a child and two jobs.
How on earth would he upload with any real frequency xd
As much as I'd love to. Ain't no way my schedule allows it. Priorities lie else where
