Just wanted to get out and test the waters with the new setup. This car is so badass now, it was a lot of fun going out at night and seeing it breath fire every shift! Hopefully I can get a few more runs in before I bring out the big guns and really show the world what a Audi 5-cylinder is made of! Hope you guys enjoyed the video!
Could you do a "How to map on VEMS at your own risk " video please. Would like to map my own car as already got stung by a tuner big time and don't want it happening again.

@@RUNFROMPOLICIA I plan on touching base with this topic when I get around to getting the budget car engine finished and running. That car will be getting a fresh computer so I can start from scratch and film more of the tuning process. If you have a good base ignition map, then all you need to do is dial in the fuel on the VE map. It's quite simple and is not too different than other softwares out there, there is plenty of info out there to figure out basic fuel tuning. Hopefully sometime next spring I'll be able to work on that car again and make some videos.
Your setup is bad ass, enough so you've got me thinking about picking up an Audi for my next project! But you should get some slicks on it and get in on some dig racing. Idk what kind of roads they run where you are but where I am we run asphalt not concrete, and awd cars put in serious work! My buddy's 500hp full weight 2g DSM regularly gaps rwd cars with twice the power and way less weight.
@@barneymiller7894 I used to dig the car before I broke the original rear diff using launch control. I also broke every tooth off of first gear on the original trans as well. I plan to upgrade the rear diff soon so it can handle that kind of abuse more regularly.
I was also putting down way too much power in first gear, I now have boost by speed setup so I can turn it down once I am ready to launch the car again. P.S. a long term goal that I have for the car is to take home a win at the local cash days, that would be a fun challenge ;)

Yes, that should definitely work. I would love a TDI box for my daily UrS6, the 5-speed has no overdrive at all :( Thanks for Watching!

Not sure why more people don't use their horn on the third beep instead of yelling "1,2,3" or just going whenever. Way easier and to get a clean pull from a roll.
There is a very simple explanation for this. Growing up we always honked three times because Mexico is only three honks away. However, when you get to this power level the cars are too loud and most of the time you don't hear all three honks clearly which results in false starts and bad races. The whole point of counting 1,2,3 is so both parties have better communication so we can get a fair start and race for both sides. Thanks for watching!

Not with this turbo, 57mm compressor wheel is pretty small, it is definitely maxed out. The setup on the Z is badass, he is putting down some serious power and the car is completely gutted so it's way lighter than most cars at that power level. That car is fast!!
