I love how now your "serious" non-april's fools songs are just as funny and wild as your yearly april's fools songs. It's so refreshing to see an artist not taking themselves seriously and just doing whatever they want regardless of the codes and topics and structures of what should be done. Reminds me of a piece of advice from your 5 songwriting tips video, something like "be a genius, everyone has wild thoughts but very few people actually make that thought into a thing". You truly are a genius Tom, and such a source of inspiration

I've listened to most of your songs and this one is such a wonderful example of your style. Playful and touching and full of heart, never taking itself too seriously, in a way that honours the everyday and the small. It's the loveliest thing. I like wordle for the same reasons everyone else likes it: wordle is an uncomplicated joy, in an online world polluted by excess. It fits your music's philosophy of "little joys". I could write forever about all your music but it's an April Fool's Day song and nobody wants twenty pages of analysis, so I'll stop here. Thank you for being so genuinely creative.
