Scrolling through comments makes it easy to feel small, right? But here’s a sign to keep going. You’re not reading this by accident. Whatever life is putting you through, trust that you’re exactly where you need to be. Stay brave; the journey has a purpose.

Impressive video, Architecture Seeker. Looking forward to seeing your next upload from you. I smashed that thumbs up button on your content. Keep up the fantastic work. The way you highlighted the use of natural elements in the design is captivating! How do you think incorporating more sustainable materials could further enhance urban living spaces like this one?

Thank you for your kind words and for supporting the channel! Sustainability, to me, is more than a lifestyle, it’s a mindful approach to understanding our impact on the planet. In construction, considering technical solutions along with the origins and life cycle of materials is essential. But I believe we can all start with small changes that enhance well-being in our own spaces, like introducing greenery or maximizing natural light. What are your thoughts about it?

I have in the past designed a 4m wide home. Mine was 22m long. PRO: Every room gets all day sun if the living areas are on the north (or south if you live north of the equator). CON: Finding a block of land wide enough.

Nice project, but I think the investment won’t be paid if they decide to sell it, due to the location.

This house is well known here in Brazil, for that reason alone it is worth a very high price, and it is also located in one of the upscale neighborhoods of São Paulo. Search for Casa Pirajá on Google and you will see many architecture articles about it.

If you only think in a house like a thing to make money and not a place to build a home, that is true. By the way, São Paulo has millions and millions of people. There will always be somebody with the same values to buy a house like that. Differente of the big mansions that very little people can afford.

@ you’re wrong: I never think on big houses or mansions when I say that you may want one day to sell your house. There are many reasons for that, but you preferred to judge me. That’s a problem when having a narrow mind!
