@@AnimeBoopz You are lying. I just crafted your exact set; using the same enchantments. I also changed my stats and used the apprentice mundus. My penetration is at 5.2K, resistances are at 17.6K, and spell damage is at 4.25K you clearly just showed us a bs set and then the scene completely changed to a screen shot of your stats where your real set is being used. why lie? why waste everyone's time? This video is fake misinformation and I hope you lose followers for being a liar.
@@xjuggyxx2239 no it can only do 1 so it has a 10 second cooldown if u do damage first it will shoot the damage dinosaur thing if u heal 1st (which u usually do on bb) it will do the heal first so 90% of the time u get healing from it
ESO is an embarrasing bugfest that ZOS doesnt care to fix as long as you keep shoveling money at them. You cant even pvp in cyrodiil cause the lag spikes will eat your inputs. This game is barely more than the failure fallout 76 was, and by the same people. Don't waste your money on this horrible game black desert is better

How does that cold harbor set work does it heal then do damage ?
If you heal then a little dinosaur thing will drop and it will give u a HOT if u do damage 1st it will drop a little dinosaur and will do dmg
