It looks delicious, I will be making this day after tomorrow while listening to the same music because it had a great beat! Great tip on keeping the bell pepper in one piece before chopping.
With the Instant Pot Duo, the pressure release button is far enough away from where the steam comes out of the unit. You can make this without beans and add other additional vegetables like diced carrots, parsnips or potatoes. These recipes are simple to adapt and are still easy to make up n a pressure cooker. Thanks for your comment!
Hey kiddo…what’s the brand name of the cooktop? I have been checking them out as possible extra help in a small kitchen… thanks for the video…I actually had forgotten that way of cutting up bell peppers…use it or lose it! as I’m finding it out as I age…🙄
This is a common question that I get from listeners. The Instant Pot is an excellent way to sauté vegetables and brown meats. Unfortunately it doesn’t film very well and when browning meats and sautéing vegetables it can be awkward to remove the vegetables and then brown meats afterwards. You make an excellent point! I just prefer to try and make the video visually appealing to the UA-cam watcher. Thank you so much for your comment. More videos are being launched each Saturday.. Have a great day 😀
Great video.
Thanks for recommending so many delicious vegetables, especially the onions and peppers. Mmmmm, mmmmm - so good.
I know the veggies are your favorite… Saturday I’m adding a new video on Scalloped Potatoes… I know these are another favorite! 🤣
Professional taste tester at the end 🤣 Great video.
Thanks so much for your kind remarks!
Love to Tobin.
👍
Thanks for the vegetable prep tips!!
Any time you can trim off time from vegetable and food prep it’s a good day!

Thanks for the kind words… I have a new one coming this Saturday 😀
Not a fan of beans but still looked good. Did he release the pressure valve with his naked hands? This guy is an OG!

Awesome video! Can’t wait to try it, one question though, did you cook it on medium pressure or high pressure? God bless 🙏🏼
High pressure! Thanks for watching 😀

Ps…sorry, when I went back to finish your video, you were telling us the brand name of the induction cooktop.
Why aren’t you using the pressure cooker on its sautée setting instead of using an additional pan. I wonder who washes the dishes in your house.

P.S. I wash all my own dishes!
