He's actually been found incompetent to stand trial, has always been incompetent, will never be competent, and never see the court house or a jail cell. Unfortunately he's been on disability since he was a toddler and known to be mentally incapable of right & wrong, and sadly should have been in a mental facility since he's been a young boy. He goes on & off his pyschiatric meds, in & out of hospital's to get put back on medicine & will palm it so he's not a zombie as he's felt he's under control of another entity. I know the family personally and can't imagine what they're feeling right now, well, I know at least one of their feelings, - she hopes it's not genetic as she's a young lady of 14 year's old. This man's mother is thankful he didn't hurt anyone or himself, and I'm sure is thankful he was taken in alive. He doesn't even have access to any weapon or gun, except for the games he plays daily, 24/7. Have a heart people. Had he been shot dead the news & commoner's would be blowing up about mental health facilities not being available after they were all shut down in the 90's.
