To be sincere sis Flo, Kazeem, John, the electrical installer, and the roofing contractors are well recommended to whoever that needs a clean job in his/her building projects. In fact, all did their best especially the above names mentioned. Their explanations are well reliable and discerning.. I love their job's and they did very professionally. But Sis Flo i know quite well you ain't gonna miss out inviting them during the house🏛 opening party 🥂🍾🎊 cos, the ought to be celebrated. Take it from me flo this 100,000s in materials equipment machines skill laborers contractors build design easy and 1+million dollar home in us states easy in real nice area easy for smone to affordable that there in nigeria villages thats got to cost tm mny i use to do clean up to make place ground look professional after everything done that clean up inside and out a job in its seft to build in another place u dont live to work with these different personalities is a challenge hugs to u flo
Hallo Aunt flo l want to build Rente Flat want to use 6 ichs block my brother and friends 5iches is 4 bungalow am confuse please help and how much blocks should one get from one cement when using 6 ichs block
If you are building upstairs 9inches block is better but for bungalow 6inches hollo block is better for and for molding one bag 35 block maximum
Madam flo i want John to do pop for me i called him one time he told me to send him money for materia but i told him to charge me him's labour that i Will buy materia my self blc i dont know him he said no
... but John doesn't know you either, though... he's a seemingly professional man, likely with a good reputation and contacts that he does his work for, or gets recommended to do work for... why wouldn't he have his own relationship with a materials supplier that he does good business with, to then stake his work reputation on materials that you'd be bringing from wherever?
It's a two-way conversation, tbh
There's a big issue of fake products especially when it comes to white cement. In this very video we talked about fake white cement that the tiler bought, a tiler that is experienced in this ooo. Though this was the first time we were using that tiler. The thing was falling off the kitchen and bathroom walls. So imagine a client that is most likely not experienced in this.
I think John is doing that to avoid trouble. He can't guarantee his work if someone else buys the materials.
