How to use the NETWORKDAYS function in Excel

"Absolute reference" had me stumped. I knew there was a way to correctly copy the formula down the column while still referencing the fixed defined holiday cells. I did not know what this feature was called, and could not find this elsewhere online. Thank you!

You can also toggle the F4 key to change the absolute reference.
