I wouldn't agree 100% with what she said.
I had been using sikkakai since childhood. My hair is dry since it's wavy. Only straight hair people have naturally moisturised hair. She also have straight hair so it's looks silky and moisturised without any conditoner. But it's the not the case so with curly or wavy hair. Kindly understand this and give a solution before blatantly comparing all the hair types.
This is my experience with using sikkakai.
Since my hair is dry I had to apply a minimum amount of coconut oil everyday on my scalp and length of my hair. But the moment I step out, I come back home with so much dirt on my scalp and hair and my hair gets so greasy.
But when I use shampoo and conditioner I need not apply oil for 2 days straight. Since I don't apply oil my hair doesn't attract much dirt.
And one more thing before and after sikkakai I haven't faced hairfall issues. So I would like to say switching over to shampoo didn't do any damage to my hair.
