This time I added caraway seed and it was good with the meal. ----- Bread recipe 90% hydration The dough is moist and chewy. If you fold it all at once to form it and bake it in a baking pan, it will stop the dough from flowing and bake it fluffy. Ingredients (for one 21x16x3cm high bread pan) 200g strong flour 1/3 tsp (1g) yeast 1/2 tsp (3g) salt 2 tsp (6g) sugar 1 tsp (5g) olive oil (or salad oil) 180g water Dusting flour (strong flour)...as much as you like How to make [Mixing] Put water, salt, sugar, and olive oil in a bowl. Next, add the strong flour and yeast in that order, and mix with a rubber spatula until no flour is visible. Rub the dough with a rubber spatula against the sides of the bowl to spread it evenly, cover with a damp cloth and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes. [First rise] Gather the dough with a card, bundle it together and place it in a storage container. Cover with a lid and place in the vegetable compartment (the front of the refrigerator) of the refrigerator and leave for 10 to 12 hours. Lay a baking tray with baking paper. [Shaping and second rise] Sprinkle a generous amount of flour on the surface of the dough. Insert a card into the side of the container to remove the dough that is stuck to it, turn the container upside down and take it out onto a work surface. While sprinkling flour appropriately, lightly press the dough with your hands to release the gas. Pull the edges of the dough and stretch it into a rectangle. Fold 1/3 of each side in thirds. Turn the dough upside down with a card and put it in a pad. Place an empty bottle on each corner of the tray and cover it with a damp cloth. Be careful not to let the dough stick to it, and leave it at room temperature for 90-100 minutes until it becomes larger. After about 80 minutes of the second rise, preheat the oven to 230%. [Cooking] Sprinkle a thin layer of flour with a tea strainer, and use a knife to make a diagonal cut in the center of the dough. Make a cut in one direction only, and if it doesn't work out, you can trace it to make another cut in the same direction. Place it on a baking sheet, place it in a heated oven, and bake for 25-28 minutes. When the bottom is well browned, remove it from the oven and cool it down.

The cheesecake mold had a removable bottom, so I was able to remove it, but I was a little nervous that it would fall apart😝💗
