The ending of Good Things Go loops back into the From Zero intro, so it can repeat and repeat. I've lost count of how many times I've listened to it, its only about 31 minutes long but what a journey it is.
As a longtime fan since HT…. I can confidently say that MANY fans feel this is the best since HT and Meteora. 10/10 from me, as well. Glad you feel the same!
Guys i feel the same 20/10 i love hardest song's from album Casuatly, Two Faced my faworit but any poping song from album have som special elemet to be so baddass.... Emilly for me be the best choice to continue legacy of LP.
Definitely their most inspired album since A Thousand Suns imo. The creative energy is palpable. I love HT and Meteora just as much as the next guy and they're iconic for obvious reasons, but as standalone albums those do have some skips and they do get a little repetitive overall imo. This one has a mix of everything I love about the band and is so varied and incredibly consistent, so honestly it's actually my 2nd favorite album of theirs after ATS. Zero skips for me.
Yeah, it’s a looping album! Transitions between songs and the start-end loop of the album aren’t new things, but it’s why albums have so much more personality and meaning than just a single
I totally agree with your assessment of the album. I can feel the different eras of LP coming through each song, and I think that was a really smart choice for a return album with new members in the mix. I can't wait to see where they go from here.
Agree completely with you. Safe was the right choice for the return, there's something for every type of Linkin Park fan in this record. Although I prefer the long atmospheric concept albums from Linkin Park (A Thousand Suns). This was a perfect foundation to build from
Shame the full review was blocked. Great review, and I'm glad you like it. I love the album, one of their best. Look forward to hearing your upcoming reviews of albums I also have and love.
As others have confirmed, the end of GTG does loop back into Emptiness Machine intro, BUT Colin did an hour long instagram live like a month ago during which he hinted that there were other songs they'd started working on or that they liked which did not go onto From Zero.
I don't understand how some other reactors don't like this album, it's catchy and creative, each song has something different. It's my most liked album since meteora
Imo there's a portion of people that liked HT and Meteora and then stopped listening to anything after. Now they're coming out of the woodwork without 14 years of context of what Linkin Park really is and are expecting 2003 to happen again.
The only thing I was worried about hearing the singles was that this album would struggle to have it's own identity like the other albums did. I really shouldn't have been worried though because they're Linkin Park.
Horizon fan (love that Tallneck LEGO set)! Yeah, the end of Good Things Go loops back to the From Zero intro - but Colin has mentioned in a livestream that the band was working on some 4-5 songs that hadn't made the cut in time to get into the album, so we might get an EP or a deluxe version of From Zero in 2025.
@@davidpwolfe I imagine it will be sooner rather than later - they'll have roughly two "free" months 'til their 2025 tour starts in late January, so they'll have to get those done by then. Tour is basically non-stop until mid-November.
You should check out Chester Bennington's first band Grey Daze! With the blessings of Chester's widow they re-recorded the instrumentals from their back catalog from the 90s but kept chesters original vocals from back then intact I HIGHLY Recommend their 2020 release "Amends"
It's no coincidence that the best two songs on the album (The Emptiness Machine & Two Faced) feature zero involvement from outside writers. I think Casualty is the other one which is also pretty decent , but all other tracks involve outside writers.
Agree with you fully here! I’m loving this record right now and super excited for the future of the band again. Just hopeful I can get tickets for the London show now. Linkin Park with Spiritbox is like a dream come true for me😅

Can I get a sit on this 10/10 train? LOL I'm feeling like a fucking teenager again and a kinda hurt for not being able to be in São Paulo today.

the end is going into the intro
…..yea..? lol

@ also heard that the end of Casualty is the beginning of HITC….kinda…
I love that loop. Like a cassette style
Time loop theory confirmed
Been listening to this album on repeat today. so so good. Stained and IGYEIH bang so hard. Emily's vocals are beautiful
@@josephabel4154 beautiful, yes!
Stained, IGYEIH, Two Faced, Casualty are the best songs of the Album! And is crazy because none of them are single!

One of the most enjoyable albums I’ve heard in a VERY long time.

Man, this album is great, I went into it with an open mind, and I was impressed.
I have listened a couple times and am really happy with it. So exciting!

Ooh that's exciting! Hopefully those come out eventually!
Not the king gizz reference hell yeah you’ve earned a sub my friend

Haha King Gizz rules! Thanks man!
Love cut the bridge, that shit was a banger 🤘🏽🔥

is happening the same that happened with ATS or OML all over again xD
Every time LP does something different they get hate from people who think they know what they *should* sound like.
There are also those revsersed vocals from Reanimation. They've really tapped into elements from all their work
Ooo I still need to listen to that one!
@@davidpwolfe That one has some bangers. P5hng Me A*wy and Frgt/10 are my favourites
Really good album
The sound at the end of GTG is supposed to be a loopback moment that connects to the intro! I think that's awesome, you're going back to zero!
Oooooo I definitely should have tried that!
The only thing I was worried about hearing the singles was that this album would struggle to have it's own identity like the other albums did. I really shouldn't have been worried though because they're Linkin Park.
