Does the VTS ask any other questions besides manoeuvring speed, freeboard / or and maximum draft? And under which European legislation are these queries regulared? On which occassions are they allowed to deny permission of entry to an EU port? Thank you in advance

yes ,sometimes it would ask you like if you have any dangerous cargo onboard, ships natinality,crew nationality,preveous port,if all crew are healthy just a simple questions
