No, this event was a free event in the years 2017,2018 and 2019. The content hasn't changed much in order to warrant a fee. Vivid seems to be using this event as a " cash grab" for a previously free event. Yes, it is nice but it was done for free many years before.

Only lightscape and the dragon looks interesting. The rest of the lighted flower sculptures look very lame to me. I say past years though free, were much much better and more creative. Past years also have music. And it's not really free.. It's taxpayers money, meaning you and me practically already paid for it.

Wrong. Those were a few static displays, no music. This is far bigger and more interesting. But not worth $40
