I’m in Atlanta but an all star is $11.50 without any add ons (cheese, onions, extra eggs, etc) a waffle by itself is $4.75. So that’s 16.25 already. Waffle House down here also charges a 20% to-go fee (10% for the server, 10% for Waffle House) so that’s $3.25 for the fee. That’s $19.50 total, so the $19.20 is the closest to that.
Would have been helpful to show a summery at the end to compare. I don’t remember them they looked about the same. I’d have thought a couple just made a mistake with the extra waffle thing.
It’s sometimes how you say your order some people are new and don’t know how to ring it up or sometimes it’s the location it’s supply and demand. So if it sells more in a certain location they will charge you more the owners not the employees. It’s pretty smart I think because the regulars come often and the owners bank regardless.

Often they will disregard what the menu states and breakdown the All Star as separate items which means different prices!! Oh and many were calling the order wrong. My friend was a area manager there and she always complained that the staff miscalculated when analyzing the tickets. & the prices are always different for that reason store to store.
