- After a wonderful study abroad semester, our time at Oxford is sadly coming to an end. I spent my last week (for now) in the wonderful city exploring colleges, writing in the Bodleian libraries, attending a formal dinner, visiting the Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies, and having fun with friends. I cannot wait for the next part of this incredible chapter.

Let me start off by saying how wonderful your editing skills are. You did such a great job. This was engaging and fun to watch.
Your mom forwarded this video to me because she knows that this had been my dream as well. To study 📚 to learn and particularly at Oxford.
I love the academia life, the old buildings. I think i would have sat for hours imagining of all the students from ages past who walked those lawns and hallways.

I wasn’t sure if I’d share but I think will.
I got very emotional while watching, even cried.
And it’s not about Oxford I cried about but I became emotional over what could have been. All the lost unfulfilled dreams of so many like myself and maybe your mom or her friends, cousins, first generation immigrants who didn’t get to live out their own dreams.
We live for you and your experiences Ella or your sister or my boys who Insha’Allah will be out there living their best life.
I’m rambling but I wanted to express how beautiful your experience is and how much it touched me.
