- *Re-upload after some phase issues on mono devices. Apologies!*
Replay is a six-voice polyphonic synthesiser and a little window into synth heaven.
Lush pads, tiny plinks, snappy arpeggios, warbling melodies, resonant filters with midi connectivity and a sleek web interface!

I think you're a literal creative genius. Your videos spark creativity, make me actually levitate, and would convince to me to buy anything you're trying to sell. so so so so so wonderful thank you.
This is beautiful work.
Your videos are just pure art.
Always lovely to see your creative representation of the instruments
I love these videos. Little creative pieces of art.
Calling this a masterpiece does not do it justice. I am in absolute awe🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Ps: more please❤
love your videos! Thanks for this awesome demo
Still looks fabulous after the re-upload! ✨ Amazing video as well, gg!
that sounded pretty
Always love your videos!
Lovely video! The synth itself is missing at least a Sub Oscillator and some sort of effect (Chorus or Delay) for me.
So if u bought a used nymphes w a Keystep. For $550. What’s the diff? About $400. More.
hey this video is perfection just letting you know. as a fellow synth nerd, and animator, this is perfect.
Lovely lovely video. Thank you!
I'd love to have this as my son's first synth, but the price tag is a bit prohibitive. :/
So many better options at a cheaper price point 👍
So happy to see new video
thanks i want it!
Was the audio of this video done soley on the replay and the replay alone and was it at all multi tracked at any point?
a little pricey at $900, but some unique features. interesting
Of course, there are also plenty of useless and very expensive gadgets on the market (and this Vongon as a synth looks like just an expensive gadgets), but they are almost always made of special materials and with very high quality components, while it seems to me that this Vongon Replay, apart from the nice design (screwed a little from Love Hultén's synths design - google this name), is not even made of special materials or with very high quality components and cost $900.
Not to mention that with about $300 more you can buy a big new Moog that besides being a real synth that comes from a brand that is a guarantee, not even among the cheapest. 😉
@@d.u.o.2digitalunitoperated818 Well said. Don't let the GAS get to you!
900 dollar single osc VA synth? Yikes.
Nice video though.
Beautiful video 🤍
6:25 - 6:50 reminded me of: Dan Deacon - Fell Into The Ocean.
I'm sure it's a great synth but just here for the vibes
I imagine they sell about 3 of these
Hipster saturation is probably a bit higher than 3. My guess is 8.
Teenage engineering already proved that there is a lot of suckers with big pockets out there.
hello fellow knobs fan 🩷 beautiful sounds 😊
amazing video. tis a lovely machine but its very simple for that price. I expected it to be like 500 bucks. I guess this is aimed at people that can afford teenage engineering gear and make Instagram videos with bespoke pedals neatly arranged on a table with a plant. Don't get me wrong, if i made any sort of income from music I would love to have one because it is a lovely machine, but even then it'd be hard to justify 900 bucks for that.
Theres some phase issues in Emily Hopkins' video too, from what I can tell it isn't supposed to be used with a Y split for stereo, is that correct? That seems to be source of the phase issue since it creates 2 phase inverted signals. The manual doesn't seem to say anything about it being stereo, just that it has a single balanced 1/4" output for noise reduction. Edit: aside from the phase flipping thing for incompatible stereo, how did you achieve stereo here? Just curious, thanks!
Nonetheless incredible production quality from you as always 🙏 Glad to see Vongon chose you :)
that's exactly what happens when you plug a mono TRS (balanced) output into a stereo unbalanced input : on channel has the signal, the other has the inverted signal. So 100% out of phase, if you mono mix that you get total silence. It's really a weird choice to have a TRS mono output.. portable devices usually have a stereo unbalanced out. Pro devices usually have two TRS outputs, L + R, usually 6.35mm jacks.
funny this is with the white on beige color scheme there really no telling what the device says on it.
@@jonobot_ yeah, i wonder why they bothered with screenprinting at all, the company who did the enclosures was probably like WTF
@@lacroustinette5299 lol, i hadn’t considered that interaction.
@@lacroustinette5299Not an odd choice if its a mono synth. It would be an amateur device if it had an unbalanced out. That's something Teenage Engineering would do.
希望 小米 能够推出类似产品 哈哈哈哈
artsy fartsy ahh synth
shouldnt this be on youtube kids?
"Mom can I have a $900 synth?"
I wish you replied to your comments
Great but lots of noise and buzz 😢 I hope that's not the instrument itself
Sounded good here. The price tag is a bit noisy.
