I hope you guys have a UA-cam comment moderator because some trolls are leaving all kinds of spoilers.
And because some of you seem to have trouble remembering things:
1) the pink fire is Nezuko’s blood demon art, “bakketsu” (exploding blood). You saw her use it in episode 19 of season one and on Tanjiro in the Mugen Train arc to help wake him from his demon sleep. And Daki complained that Nezuko’s blood demon art was weird because it seemed to only affect demons and not humans… though how she knows this seems to be a plot hole or a mistake by the writer. However, back in episode 20, Rui complained about the same thing… that it hurt him and burned his threads but didn’t seem to hurt Tanjiro. In the Mugen Train arc, she used her art to burn the dream connecting ropes that was created by Enmu (Lower Moon 1). And I’m not sure, but I think she may have used on Inosuke to help wake him from his demon-induced sleep.
2) Rui was Lower Moon 5, meaning he was the 11th highest ranked among the 12 Kizuki (Demon Moons). “Michael Jackson” (Kibutsuji Muzan) is not part of the 12 Kizuki… he’s the head / original demon. The 12 Kizuki serve him.
3) Rengoku is not the Fire Hashira, he’s the Flame Hashira. Remember that Shinobu told Tanjiro back in episode 25 or so that they are particular never to say Flame and Fire are the same type of Breathing forms.

I like to call this episode “when Nezuko shits on the lady”and the last episode is “when Tanjiro shits on the lady”
it's so sad cause when I think of it, nezuko didn't have the time to grieve her mom and siblings deaths🥺
