- This 2-ingredient Lotus Biscoff mousse is one of the easiest desserts you can make. Despite this is an easy recipe to make, it is a very tasty dessert. The mousse is light and airy and not too sweet.

makes 6-7 desserts
Ingredients:
1 cup (240ml) Heavy Cream, cold
120g Biscoff spread
Crushed Biscoff cookies (optional)
Directions:
1. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
2. Heat the biscoff spread in a microwave for a few seconds until melted.
3. Add biscoff spread into the whipped cream, gently fold until no steaks remain.
4. Transfer the mousse to a piping bag. If the mousse too runny, refrigerate for 1 hour in the piping bag. Pipe into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
5. After 3 hours, spread 1-2 teaspoons of biscoff spread on each mousse, refrigerte for another hour.
6. Decorate with crushed/whole lotus biscuits. - Навчання та стиль
Turned out well! Quick and easy to make. Set fairly quickly, only thing I would change is to serve the biscuits on the side so they don't go soggy.

@@TheCookingFoodie Thanks so much!
Really like biscoff biscuits! Have made buns with them, only problem is unless you put biscuits on at the last minute they go soggy.
Delicioso 😋😋👍👌
Gracias por compartir 🙋🏼♀️🇪🇸😊🤗😃😋
😍❤
I LOOOOOOVE Biscoff
😍
1. Heavy cream, 2. Biscoff spread, 3. Biscoff biscuits. Hope you have a trustworthy accountant!
Biscoff biscuits r optional, thought that was obvious 😅
The mousse is 2 ingredients, the cookie is decorative . Not part of the recipe
Could you kindly do a biscoff cupcake tutorial someday? Your recipes never fail me
Actually it's on my list for quite some time, hope to film it soon 😊
@@TheCookingFoodie very much looking forward to its arrival!
???
Heavy cream? Instead would whipped cream work or no
Very interesting recipe. How do you keep the whipped cream from melting when adding the hot/warm cookie butter?
Good question!
You must chill the mousse enough time in the fridge until it's set.
When you pouring the cookie butter make sure it's not too hot.
@@TheCookingFoodie Thanks for the clarification! Be well and stay safe!!
After when you make another video about this cough, can you not add the cream because I don’t have it
Is the heavy cream dairy or non dairy ?
👌🌱👌🌱👌🌱
Does it need to be refrigerated or can it be left at room temp?
It must be refrigerated
Is ur whipp cream sweetened or un sweetened?
Unsweetened
well 12+1 = 13 ingredients
This recipe make 6??
Depends on the serving dish size
@@TheCookingFoodie ok thank u😃
Well that wasn't too smart of me to watch this just before dinner.
😂
Biscoff spread has 11 or 12 ingredients so false advertising
Do you make the spread by youreslf at home?
@@TheCookingFoodie for me as a retired chef the answer is yes. I did not know biscoff spread existed until this video. Like watching an entire video on making homemade empenadas and then they use frozen store bought empanada wrappers. Your videos are very good and helpful to me. I look at process and then make it my own modified way depending on ingredients. Always learning. You Tube is amazing and cookbooks are heavier every year.
