I think I agree with your take on the event store. For me, FC slot, Data upgrade and then depends on how much more currency I get. I only need 38 shards for Kirk, so maybe unlock him or upgrade Pelia. The FC slot only costs 180K so that is a definite for me.
Pitching a perfect game here boss…I have 135,000 currency at the moment and haven’t spent a single credit. My Kim, blt, and neelix are already maxed so we have been holding off spending on mu data because i don’t want the transporter patterns. I hope after today’s maintenance, before the end of the arc, a DR spending event comes up. I could always use Dr shards.
@djsfolks I did buy the 200k currency pack. I already spent 140k of that. As for as a comparing... think of it more like 123k. I came in second for the trellium docking event so that also gave me a boost.
I think the MU hostiles do iso damage, but that's the big place for it... I dont care about data/pvp, so pellia is the only real option... but value? eh.

@mikes1689 Maybe too many shards to buy for Kirk. Not sure he's worth 228k. You could get Pelia from 0 shards to tier 2 for less.
Totally agree, more FT's and command slots maybe nice for some but i don't have anything to upgrade them. Event store is very poor.
@davey5080 It is poor. I guess they think running the event store more frequently makes-up of it. More quantity over quality.

How did you get 183K event currency? I am so much lower and I am level 59.

@therkyn Yeah... beyond fleet commander slot there isn't a whole lot of value.
