imo they're making the best products out there for your money right now. I really hope they start to get some more attention because for some reason they're still not on anyone's radar.
They say 40 wavetables, but it's actually 40 _waves_. What they call a 'bank' is what other synths call a single wavetable, and the Craftsynth has 8 of these, each with 5 waveforms that it can morph continuously between. Still a fantastically versatile little synth, and I'm completely happy with mine, but don't be misled. (also note there's a 9th bank with noise waveforms!)
I would have pay a couple of extra bucks for an integrated screen and a bigger array of dedicated knobs for this synth. Wavetable synthesis is so complex, and seeing how you "oscillate" from the synth to the app seems not fluid, uncomfortable to me. I know the people of Modal had the intention to enter the new era of "toy" portable synths and compete in that market, specially with the Volca series, but again, this deserve more.
Hats off to Jackson. One of the most articulate product presentations I've seen on this channel.
i guess it is kind of off topic but does anyone know of a good place to watch newly released tv shows online?
I love everything about this company

It's a delight to use, enormously more capable and complex than it's size might suggest, and combines nicely with the equally great Skulpt
I backed the kickstarter, I'm so pleased with this amazing and versatile little synth.
Damn!! I've been searching for something like this for the last month, and at this price point is crazy!!!
did you buy it? - i have just ordered mine
@@MrKeys57 not yet, hope that you enjoy your new toy! Eheh

@Rhizosphere agreed! 8 wavetables is enough for huge sound and lots of diversity. I just want everyone to know as much as they can
@Rhizosphere no trouble friend!
prettay kool.
Any chance you can upload your own wavetables?That would be sick... If it's not there now, any chance they'll be adding this via a firmware update?
Why do all demos make it sound like it’s clipping.
How is it connected to the keylab please, cause I understand the keylab doesn't have midi out..?
You are mistaken.
Sooo... basically mono Serum voice!
