Very relatable and I felt that dark place constantly for months and months just because I’m out of my comfort zone a lot these past years. I’m proud of you and your journey. I trust you and your journey. Even more than my own sometimes (and that’s something I have to work on 🤣) You have my love and support forever❤️
An extra note: If you haven't seen it, Emmy, you might like a Studio Ghibli movie titled "Only Yesterday." It is about a young woman who moves from the city to the country. It is a very heartwarming story as I recall.
I feel for you Emmy! Watching this video made me want to sit and talk with you for hours and hours! But most of all what I want to say is that, sometimes, we feel we have to remind ourselves of how we 'should' think and feel. But for me this just leads to anxiety. Instead, what I've been doing is allowing myself to really feel what I'm feeling without any pressure to stop feeling it. And the feelings go away! Replaced by others. So I think putting pressure on feelings to stop creates resistance and more anxiety. And allowing feelings to be doesn't interfere with growth because I still ask myself why I'm feeling this way, just with curiosity but not shaming Idk I hope I managed to say what I mean 😅 I'm rooting for you!!
Hi Dani! I feel like we can probably talk for hours and hours too. Thank you for such a great tip, I constantly fall into this loop of doing, chasing and fixing. I will remind myself to be gentle and stop judging myself for whatever feelings that arise :)
Even if a food is technically healthy it can still mess your gut up. I relate to feeling scared about the future. I look into my future and I'm like "Oh man I am soooo doomed." xD
