Diabetes and High Blood Pressure is prevalent here with Black Americans...with diets that contains alot of fatty and processed foods.There are many fast food restaurants ( burgers, fries etc.) people go to.
I am kind of surprised to see these diseases are also in villiages of Africa.
Because they eat a lot of carbohydrates instead of more vegetables. When they are young they can burn it off because they do a lot of walking to get from one point yo the other. Bibi is now a laid back person that's why she has a blood sugar problem. If they change her diet to 3/4 vegetables and the other 1/4 protein, then she should be ok. Also she can have fruits that are not too sweet but in small portions along with some nuts as a snack. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏.
