    Ingredient 材料:
    ❤1st Layer 第一层:
    Pandan leaf 20g 班兰叶 20克
    Coconut milk 200ml 椰浆 200毫升
    Egg 2 鸡蛋 2个
    Water 600ml 清水 600毫升
    Jelly powder 1.8g 果冻粉 1.8克
    Agar powder 8g 燕菜粉 8克
    Caster sugar 110g 细砂糖 110克
    ❤2nd Layer 第二层:
    Coconut milk 50ml 椰浆 50毫升
    Water 250ml 清水 250毫升
    Jelly powder 0.7g 果冻粉 0.7克
    Agar powder 2.7g 燕菜粉 2.7克
    Palm sugar 80g 椰糖 80克
    ❤3rd Layer 第三层:
    Water 250ml 清水 250毫升
    Caster sugar 40g 细砂糖 40克
    Agar powder 5.4g 燕菜粉 5.4克
    Jelly powder 1.3g 果冻粉 1.3克
    Sweetened condensed milk 100ml 甜炼奶 100毫升
    Coconut milk 100ml 椰浆 100毫升
    Unsalted butter 100g 无盐黄油 100克
    Egg yolk 3pcs 蛋黄 3个

      For better binding of the agar agar for each layer, you need to scratch some scratches on the surface so each layer can bind together. This channel has many previous tutorial which show u how to bind the layer together. Hope this helps.
