There's a dock... park the trailer, boat for an hour (the sun's obviously out), dock, spray....voila- spraying on dry bunks (a lot dryer than trying to use a towel on carpet)
Another great video. Thanks a lot. Can you give me some info on your trailer spare tire holder. I’m looking for something that will work for my SX190 like yours. Thx
Great Video Leon, thank you. Isn't that spray just Silicone Spray? They don't list the ingredients, but I put Silicone spray on my bunks annually as well and it does the job. At $15/can, my guess is it's worth it, but silicone spray is probably 1/3rd the price. just curious
@@CaptainLeonsBoatingandMore I don’t know. But according to the UA-cam video it slides well. I also was checking out the Ultimate Bunk Boards. Their made out of polyethylene plastic. I only seen the UA-cam video on that product as well.
Thanks, yeah I just do it at the start of the season, but I'm sure more often can't hurt. I throttle the boat up onto the trailer for less winch time, so it helps.
Tip, use a squeegee that will get rid of most of the water then dry further if you want.
Always great info. Can’t wait for more boating videos.

You may be onto something, I think I will try silicone next time and see, thanks.
How did the boat get to the other dock?
Filming the reflection in the mirror made it seem it was opposite from reality....I think.
I wonder how it would work on hard plastic (non carpeted) bunks. Too slick?
Not sure, could be. Or it possibly won't adhere as well.
Capt. Leon what do you think about the Tuff Bunk product?
Appears durable, but how does a hull slide on them, as well as wet carpet?

Cool video as always Leon. Is that a once a season application?
