I have just got this controller and the right trigger won’t register, tried calibration through controller and app but still wasn’t registering, tried factory resetting and still nothing. Tried both wired and wireless and still no luck. Tried both on Xbox SX and PC and still nothing. It’s a shame there is no way to try and reset the update or anything to see if that works but looks like I’m exchanging it now instead.

Having issues connecting this to iPad and iPhone for remote play. Bluetooth says connected but controller unusable. A bit gutting when I have to play remote a lot with this controllers price tag.
I was having the same issue. Connect the transmitter to your xbox. Hold the button on the transmitter till the light blinks faster, and then turn the controller on and it'll pair!
I play liner on MW3 so what one on controller should I use as ice tried all free and feel like I'm fighting to get onto target or keep on target almost like it's fighting the in-game curve types and your forced to pick 1 of the 3 types

Are you aware of the Anti friction rings wearing out the plastic on the joysticks… putting deep Gouges in the plastic? Has this been fixed because right now I’m not sure I want this controller because of that, as a high level r6 champion the controller will be under a lot of use

Honestly after a couple months with this controller I think I’d go a different route if I were to do it again. Randomly disconnects, poor battery life compared to what is advertised, and impossible to connect to my phone via Bluetooth. Pretty disappointing from a controller at this price point.
Can you map the action buttons to keyboard/mouse buttons on PC? Or really just as any extra commands? I don't see the point of having extra buttons if they're only duplicates of existing buttons on the controller. Aiming sensitivity is a good use.

The control center 2 app is terrible for Android. I have the s24 ultra and it blocks the app from sending me notifications. I can't turn it on under the settings. I just bought this controller and none of your software really works. I used it on PC and I changed my profile under the control center 2 app and it won't save anything I do. This controller is cool but seems like the app is terrible. I can't get any text notifications and I can't customize my sticks.
I want 2nd screen support so unbelievably bad on this too. Or to mirror a cutout part of your screen to it like speedometer and stuff on racing games or like have a mini map or ammo counter or health bar on your controller like i want those features so bad I'm like ashamed of how bad I'm nerding over it lol. That's currently my deciding factor on this or something else cuz without those features it's really just a battery gauge and a gimmick.
This controller is bad first time using it and it kept flicking to the right. The battery life is terrible, and 2 days ago mid game, it just died while I was charging it, and now it won't even turn on it didn't even last me 3 months and I never dropped it or anything

if you mean plug it in to the aux port, yes, but only when using the dongle or the controller is plugged in directly to the device. for some reason the bluetooth on the controller turns off the aux port and the vibration motors

it depend on what device(like an Xbox or pc) you are using, if it supports multi Bluetooth, you can connect both devices straight to the device separately, but if you are asking if you can connect the headphone to the controller wirelessly...no sadly@@XenaWarrior95

Can’t even connect when it’s directly plugged in my Xbox and or with the transmitter attached oh and the charging dock that’s magnetic, repels the controller rather than attaches to it. Your product is a waste of money

The dead zone on the triggers are set to 100% by default for some reason. Change it to 0% and then it's fixed

So if I’m using wireless turtle beach stealth headset I can’t turn on superhuman hearing on a turtle beach controller…that’s a shame
The controller directly connects with wired models easy enough, but if you already have a wireless headset then there is no need.

Sounds like wherever you had it plugged in before might have been a bit too close to something causing interference.
