Robot Combat doesn't get the respect it deserves, when you cannot script anything from fights like this. Unlike reality tv that constantly makes shit up for views.
Indeed! Ray says whenever something fails, he strengthens that thing for the next design, so it gets stronger in an evolutionary way. Experience matters.
@@krissoge34982 I think it’s actually been said by him that they’re different. Tombstone is built for a 250lb limit, and Last Rites is 220lbs. Their frames are different, but I’m sure there’s many similarities between the two.

You also get to see pieces of metal fuck the other up in many ways, mainly spinners, which is just cool as shit
can we all just appreciate how simply tough last rites is to be able to throw itself across the arena with each hit and (normally) be fine.

this was one of the best fight of RoboGames 2012 was another bull fight vs vera!
Last Rites did about half the work to itself XD
There's only 2 real strategies against Last Rights/Tombstone: 1) bust its spinner, and 2) Make it bounce around under its own power.
Why are Tombstone fights always the most interesting fights to watch xD
Whenever Last Rights clashed entire arena shaked lmao.
that was great
Wow, i cannot believe that was 2012
Impresionante potencia por parte de ambos robots.
This looks a lot like Brutus vs tombstone
No, Brutus got Brutalized
That is tombstone, last rites was the original name, Ray changed to tombstone for Battlebots.
@@adamkaufman7409 They are two diffrent bots
@@obsessivecorvid
Last rites and Tombstone are both made by Ray, they actually share the same frame, weapon and internals
