Ok, so a few days ago he messaged me after 6 weeks of no contact and asked me if I want to go to the gym with him. I decided to just go and just have no expectations and just to hang out. So we worked out together. When we got out of the gym he told me he's sorry for how he treated me. He said he reached a breaking point and he's so sorry. I didn't really say much.
