The past two nights I've woken up between 3 and 5 a.m. Also, a video talking about avoidant attachment style randomly came up on my recommended, and after watching it and other related videos, I now know that's what my person was/is dealing with. I'm learning and researching on how to work with someone who has avoidant attachment, almost like in preparation or something lol. I've forgiven him, especially after realizing that he was just afraid of our close connection likely because of deep childhood wounds. Oh Kelly this was such a beautiful reading and really put me more so at ease so that I can rest better. I have had a time getting sleep at night. One night I woke up four different times. Much true here. Yes, he’s a wounded man. Also came from a harsh childhood, but so did I. But he’s drained me w back/forth, in/out, avoidant, I am 99 % of the time alone, rudeness, just prioritising addictions/party lifestyle gambling and male friends, very insensitive, we are not communicating openly bc he refuses, ignorant of my feelings, being downputting, unsupportive. All this boiled down to a mean drunk. I’ve been physically ill, anxious, exhausted and depleted after his ways. It’s negatively affecting my health and work. So if he does not do miraculous improvements I am really ready to leave for good this time. But thanks for your advices I’m kinder back to him bc of it..bc he’s just acting like a selfish addict. He’s just numbing w alcohol, refusing to give up his freedom and party lifestyle. Just sending superficial snap pictures no real conversation is his norm❤
