Too much population within a small square areas was the major cause. Everyone wants to live close to work places. Leisure lives. And in the end, this is the result. Its pure selfish of people. Bro you are right the fault is common people. They paid for greediness hats off but I think whoever the government authority people should make sure the builder or anyone shouldn’t cheat the common person we face this issue periodically but always we suffer so what happens to the tax common people gives.
