before any hate comments come about the camel riding, freddy already talked about it on her instagram and how she researched the ethics and treatment of the camels beforehand! the hotel line is also very ethics based and verified that the camp treats their camels very well and help keep them well. please don’t leave any hate comments!!!

Your outfits are so cute! I would just say, as a note, there's no "you're not allowed" or "you need to be covered up" when you're just out and about in the city. Of course you should respect their culture, but it's not obligatory to "cover up" in Morocco. I stayed with my boyfriend's Moroccan family in Marrakesh for a week, and of course I wanted to be respectful so during the first couple days I wore longer skirts. But after that I felt totally comfortable walking around with maybe a sleeveless top, or even a dress the length of the one you have on. Your Zimmermann dress is so cute I think it would have been totally fine! But I also totally understand it's all about what makes you comfortable. Just wanted to share my experience with this.

Gorgeous video, although I feel a bit sad people were warning you off going to Morocco, it’s an amazing place and as long as you are sensible, ie not showing lots of skin where it isn’t appropriate you’ll not have any trouble. So pleased how sensitive you were to that Freddy, I get so mortified when I see people wearing tiny clothes where they shouldn’t, and not caring about offending locals 🙈
Rebecca Black Freddy did look absolutely beautiful but your still suppose to not wear shorts. I am Moroccan and that’s the only reason why I know. The reason she didn’t get opinions about it out in the street is because tourists are usually not targeted.
It is good she wore pants instead of the shorts because that was very respectful of her

Love a good travel vid and the way you portrayed Morocco was beautiful 💗 Although, cows milk isn’t good for the cats health, most cats are lactose intolerant and the milk gives them an upset stomach.

Im glad you had a better experience than i did in Marrakech. I felt physically ill to see how badly treated the animals were treated, i saw many crippled donkeys with skin chafed to bleeding pulling loads that were far too heavy. My neice and i went into a carpet shop and had to virtually run away to escape as they didn't want to let us leave without buying something. I certainly wouldnt reccomend women to go into the shopping area without a male presence.

To all the people who are warning you from Morocco me a teenage Moroccan girl I would say we are a Muslim country and we have some sort of stuff that may seem a little bit old school for some people because one of the most important thing in our country is traditions we tend to keep some how to keep them alive in our routine and as for the horror over exaggerated stories you heard of course there are some sort of places that are pretty dangerous for everyone not only outsiders and it's an issue that cannot be fixed because it's related to the mentality and you literally cannot change and just to clarify something I am pretty sure that there's dangerous places in every country not only Morocco besides in our country it's like there's two sides the traditional and of course the modern side it depend on which one we prefer and remember you can't judge a whole country by going on a trip once or even more or judging the people by going to one city and I can tell you for sure there's plenty of great cities that are super fabulous like rabat,tetouan,agadir,ifran...
Anyway I really was super happy that you ditched all the horror stories and warnings and you decited to come and explore it yourself and most of all I was really amazed by the way you dressed in this Muslim country and that just showed me how polite and well educated you are even we wear shorts or mini skirts even short dresses but you chose to honor it by being extra respectable thank you so much for your visit hopefully next time you can come to rabat and we can meet

JLynn Schmitt why would she need security? She doesn’t usually take security does she?
She needs a guide when going to the atlas mountains at least for security. I would never dare to go there after what happened to the young Norwegian and Danish student who was travelling there together around xmas time 2018.
@@mari97216 It was an isolated criminal act, and Morocco is one of the safest countries in the world, and one of the least affected by terrorism, and it must be recognized that it is safer than France or Great Britain
haoufadi salma well that wasn’t the only incident sadly. I guess it was just the brutality of it that scared me/ scares me from that area. One of the girls even looked like me, we are from the same country though. I’ve heard Morocoo is a beautiful country.
@@mari97216 Well I don't know where you get your information from, when you say that it was not the only case, but one thing is for sure, this gruesome incident has fortunately failed to make tourists, including those coming from Scandinavia, lose their confidence in Morocco as a safe destination to spend their holidays, and has also failed to deprive fans of mountain sports to practice their favorite sports in the arms of Moroccan nature

I’ve always wanted travel to Marrakech but I have had the image that you should travel there with your boyfriend. The culture seems to prefer that compared to travelling with a girl group. Ecclesia xxi how is visiting another country going to stop you from preserving your own culture, also do you think no crime happens where you are from, do you think these crimes don't happen to foreigners visiting your country, in fact whenever people visit Europe they are warned about being targeted for crimes because there are people that specifically target tourists for crime. Also for a little perspective please research crime rates around the world, you will be shocked to find the actual result.
@@jazmeen04 It was the OP comment; "it's cool to see different places & cultures, that's what makes the world interesting" < I was commenting that people don't think or care to preserve the different European differences and cultures, they only think or talk like that about non European people/places, which is wrong. There are now foreign people visiting some European places who are very disappointed becuase it's not European. For example there is a term in Japan called "Paris Syndrome" and there are videos uploaded by Japense people who are shocked/disappointed. My Chinese friends had the same reaction with London.
I was then also responding to her question about WHY Freddy got warnings from people, so she asked and I wrote that cases like the one I gave from last year could be the reason.
Finally, no, no female foreigner (or native) has been gang raped, tortured and then beheaded in my country by our men. So, nope.
