Thanks Earl for uploading your drum cover, really very helpful. I learn most of the worship drum using UA-cam.
jlingty ... thank you for watching. I know a lot of us learn Sunday worship by watching UA-cam, me too! I find there are players that try to play the cover exact, but to be honest I’m like putting my take on it. I always try to honor the original grooves, but my take always has some of me in it! Thanks for watching!
I like your drum cover. Thank you very much for sharing such a wonderful video!

Hey Earl, great that you drum in church. Very good tutorial. BTW: solid drumming, and great drum kit tuning and audio mix.
rhythmantic - Sal D'Amato ... thank you Sal, I have been playing drums in church for almost forty years. Church drumming has changed a lot but playing musically is the key! Thanks for watching and your feedback!
Perfectly done
Bryan Corey ... thank you Bryan for your encouragement! It’s appreciated! 😀👍🏻🤟🏻
Nice interpretation here. When I have played this I have been told to play kinda like a JR Robinson vibe and use light ghost notes to keep the momentum throughout the ensemble. Concept of space versus time is such an interesting discussion. Pretty cymbal colors here. Every use a shaker instead of hi-hat? Nice cover and good discussion of your approach. Bravo!
This was really cool sounding and great lesson. I like your commentary on this.
